JANISZEWSKI -- Robert Jack. On October 7, 1997, Robert Jack Janiszewski traded pain for paradise. He left this world as he lived in it, with grace and dignity. Jack began his journey on January 22, 1933 in Evansburg, Alberta. He was born to parents, Joseph and Mary Janiszewski, who are now deceased. He worked at various occupations across North America achieving numerous awards for his expertise. Jack was an integral part of the development of the Oil and Gas Industry and was held in esteem by his colleagues. The mountains and their streams and the works of God in nature were his great joy and source of inspiration. We will miss our Jack, husband, father, grandfather, friend. Forever in our hearts and never to be forgotten by his wife, Edith; Diane, Jim, Kristin and Courtlin Quinn, Shelly, Gerry, Stefan and Kimberly Tenove. The family wishes to thank the many friends and neighbors for their kind words and deeds and the respect shown to Jack throughout his life. A Private Burial Service was held at Pine Grove Cemetery on October 11, 1997. The respect and care received by Jack at the Rocky General Hospital through the doctors and nurses was first rate. As we know this facility to be essential to this community, we would appreciate any donations desired be made to the building of the new Emergency Room addition in Jack's honor. Sometimes, you have to be silent in order to be heard. ROCKY and SYLVAN LAKE, your Golden Rule Funeral Homes, entrusted with the arrangements.
