MAYNARD: Rona Lee Ruth Maynard, beloved wife of Marston Grindey and dear mother of Lana and Becki, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Saturday, January 7, 2006 at the age of 53 years. A Funeral Service to celebrate Rona’s life will be held at the First Baptist Church, 3881 Park Avenue, on Friday, January 13, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jim Rushton officiating. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rona may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9 or to a charity of choice.

KALUSHKA: Victoria Kalushka, of Brandon, beloved widow of the late Maurice Kalushka, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at the age of 85 years. A Memorial Service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Monday, January 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with The Very Rev. Fr. Michael Skrumeda officiating. A private family interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Victoria may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Unit 3-824-18th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 5B7. Complete obituary information to follow.

TAGGART: Patricia Taggart of Brandon, passed away at her residence, Central Park Lodge, on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the age of 75 years. A time of viewing and visitation will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, January 12, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for family and friends will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel on Friday, January 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Ottawa, ON at a later date. HOOPER: Edna Hooper, beloved mother of Jean, of Sprucewoods, Manitoba, passed away peacefully at Fairview Personal Care Home on Monday, January 9, 2006 at the age of 85 years. A Service of Remembrance will be held at St. Barbara’s Chapel, Shilo, MB on Friday, January 13, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with Padre Dwayne Bos officiating. Interment will take place in Ceylon, SK at a later date. Donations in memory of Edna may be made to a charity of choice.

CAMPBELL: William Harry Campbell of Winnipeg, passed away suddenly in Calgary, on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at the age of 46 years. Surviving are Bill’s daughters, Christina and Angela (Brandon); mother, Margaret (Brandon); father, Harry (Alberta); brothers: Ron (Brandon), Ed (Minnedosa) and Tom (Alberta) and sister, Lori (Brandon). Also surviving is Bill’s grandmother, Florence Davis (Brandon) and extended family in Winnipeg. Bill was predeceased by his grandfather, Ralph, grandmother, Jessie and brother, Gordon. A graveside service will be held for Bill at the Brandon Cemetery on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Harvey Hurren of Knox United Church officiating.

HEENEY: Dennis Heeney, formerly of the R.M. of Elton, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the age of 73 years. A memorial service will be held at Central United Church, 327 – 8th Street, on Monday, November 20, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with Mona Franklin officiating. If friends wish, donations, in memory of Dennis, may be made to a charity of choice.

MARKEY: Joyce Margaret Markey of Brandon, passed away at her residence, Central Park Lodge, on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at the age of 79 years. A funeral service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Manson Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations in memory of Joyce may be made to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200-17th St. East, Brandon, MB R7A 7M6 or to a charity of choice.

PARKS: John (Jack) Henry Graham Parks of Riverheights Terrace, Brandon, formerly of the Alexander district, MB. Jack was born 15 November, 1912 in Cookstown, ON and passed peacefully 10 November, 2006 at Brandon, MB. A celebration of Jack's life will take place, Wednesday, 15 November, 2006, at 2:30 p.m. at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, private interment at the Alexander cemetery at a later date. EVANS: Violet Evans, beloved wife of Stanley, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, October 7, 2007. A Private Family Service will be held. JENSEN: Glen Herbert Jensen, beloved husband of Darlene, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Friday, October 5, 2007 at the age of 68 years. A memorial service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. If friends wish, donations, in memory of Glen, may be made to a charity of choice.

JOHNSON, Orlie Thomas: Peacefully on October 5th, 2007, Orlie Johnson passed away at Minnedosa Hospital at 77 years old. A memorial service will be held at the The Covenant Church, 101- 4th Avenue S.W. Minnedosa on Thursday, October 11, at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Garry MacDowall officiating. A private family interment will be held at the Riverside Cemetery in Neepawa. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be sent to Minnedosa Hospital, 334 – 1st Street S.W. de DELLEY: Mrs. Edith "Dianne" Lynne de Delley, beloved wife of the late Dennis de Delley, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the age of 63 years. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held at Brockie Donovan Funeral Home, 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Dianne’s Life will be held at St. Matthew’s Anglican Cathedral, 403-13th Street, on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with The Very Rev. Robin Walker officiating. Placement of the urn will follow at the Brandon Cemetery Columbarium. EHRICH: Mr. Leonard Carlton Ehrich, beloved husband of Haroldine, passed away at his residence, Fairview Home, on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at the age of 87 years. HENDERSON: Tina Henderson of Brandon, formerly of the Killarney area, passed away peacefully at her residence, Fairview Personal Care Home, on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at the age of 96 years. A funeral service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Laird Russell-Yearwood of Central United Church officiating. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens by her husband, Leslie. MACNEIL: John Macneil of Brandon passed away peacefully at his residence, Rideau Park Personal Care Home, on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at the age of 78 years. Cremation will take place with interment to follow in the family plot at Elmwood Cemetery, Winnipeg.

WILDE: Beatrice Wilde of Brandon passed away at her residence, Valleyview Care Centre, on Monday, September 29, 2008 at the age of 95 years. ALLEN: (Tyreman) Margaret Ellen - passed away peacefully at Fairview Home in Brandon, Manitoba on Monday, May 25, 2009 in her 90th year. Dear mother of Ed (Darlene) of Sault Ste. Marie, Marilyn of Sudbury and the late Bob of Calgary. Loved grandmother of Tammy, Tracy, Christopher, Laurie, Gary and David, and great grandmother of nine. Remembered by her sisters, Helen, Bette, and Lillian of Manitoba and predeceased by siblings Mae, Jean, and Jimmy. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. A time of visitation will be held at Brockie Donovan Funeral Home, 332-8th Street, on Thursday, May 28th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Rosewood Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m.
