Passed away on March 28, 2005 at St. Clare's Hospital, age 67 years. Predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Catherine; four brothers; one sister. Leaving to mourn his partner in life, Veronica and her family; sisters: Margaret Whittle (Tom), Genevieve Hogan (Pat), Elizabeth Burton and brother Robert Burton. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Cremation to follow.

Passed peacefully away at the Grace Hospital on September 23, 1993 aged 56 years. Leaving to mourn wife Hazel (Baggs); children: Ron and wife Carol, Wanda and husband Mike Hennessey, Kim and husband Glenn Chaulk, all of St. John's, Randy and wife Lorraine of Petty Harbour and Donnie of Edmonton; grandchildren: Michael, Amanda, Nancy, Nichole, Andrew, Jeremy, Stephanie and Joshua; brothers: Gus (Stella), Paul (Trudy), Kevin (Jean), all of St. John's, Brendan (Betty), and David of Ontario; sisters: Patsy (Wilson) at Kelligrews, Mary (Jerry), Anita, and Gwen (Stan), all of St. John's and Sharon (Bil) of Toronto. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Funeral on Saturday, September 25th a 1 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family on Wednesday, January 13, 1999 at the Health Sciences Centre after a lengthy illness, Leo Francis Wade of Flatrock, aged 78 years. Leaving to cherish with fond and loving memories are his wife Sarah (nee Power); three daughters: Adeleane O'Brien (Stephen), Torbay, Rita Farrell (Dominic), Flatrock, Alice Cole, St. John's; one son James (Geraldine), Flatrock; son-in-law Tom Cole, Flatrock; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay from 7:00 pm Thursday, January 14, 1999. Funeral Mass on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 10:30 am from St. Michael's Church, Flatrock. Interment to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Flatrock. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, Flatrock or a charity on one's choice.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife, Mary (Parsons) of 48 years; and their children: Greg (Judy) Wade, Gertie (Wayne) Roche, John (Nora) Wade, Catherine (Glen) Wilkinson; eight grandchildren: Melissa, Shawn and Kerri Wade; Roxanne and Rodney Roche; Steven Wade; Meghan and Shelaine Wade; sisters: Margaret (Aloysius) Hayward, St. Vincent's; Ann Snook, West Bay; brother: John Wade, Ontario; sisters-in-law: Josephine Martin, Torbay; Genevive (Patrick) Flemming, Torbay; Madonna (Gerard) McGrath, Flatrock; Annie Parsons (Flatrock); brothers-in-law: John (Theresa) Parsons, Torbay; Gerry (Sue) McDonald, Marysvale; aslo a large circle of nieces and nephews, as well as numerous friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation Monday from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, October 31st, 2001, at 10:30 a.m. from St. Michael's Church, Flatrock. Interment to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Flatrock. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be amde to the Flatrock Grotto Committee or a charity of ones choice.
Gone but he will remain forever in our hearts.
