Doll Lincoln Edward (Linc), at Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Friday June 14, 2002. Linc Doll of Southampton in his 87th year. Husband of the late Margaret Cartwright. Dear father of Bradley and his wife Linda of Port Elgin and Janice and her husband Mark Hammond of Kincardine. Proud and loving grandfather of Jayson, Tracy, Andrew and Colin. Also survived by his brother Melvin of Dundas and by his sisters, Kathleen Soden of Southampton and Helen Dahms of Kitchener. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother-in-laws, Cecil Soden and Stan Dahms and by his sister-in-law, Doris Doll. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Sunday June 16, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be conducted from St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Southampton, on Monday at 2pm. Reverend Ken Wild will officiate. Interment Southampton Cemetery. A Time of Fellowship will follow in the Social Hall of the Church. Expressions of Remembrance to the St Andrews Presbyterian Church Fund, the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Saugeen Shores Medical Building Fund. Royal Canadian Legion, Southampton Branch #155, will hold a Memorial Service at the Funeral Home, Sunday evening at 7:30pm.

Overland, Hersell, at the Grey-Bruce Health Services, Southampton on Sunday, June 23, 2002. Hersell Overland of Southampton in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Marion Overland (nee Shular) of Southampton. Dear father Pat and her husband Larry of Kitchener, Margaret and her husband Brian of Port Elgin, and Rick and his wife Shirley of Paisley. Proud grandfather of Ryan, Kara, Crystal, Ashley, Brittany, Vanessa, Kristian, Helena and Rob. Predeceased by one son, James (Jimmy) and his parents, Howard and Esther Overland, and by his three brothers, Clifford, Arthur and Clinton, and by his three sisters, Eva, Iva and Mabel. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Tuesday, June 25 from 7-9 p.m., and on Wednesday, June 26 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Thursday June 27 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Eric Watson will officiate. Interment Southampton Cemetery. Donations to the Saugeen Shores Medical Building Fund would be appreciated as your expressions of sympathy.

Stan was a Veteran of WWII and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for over 50 years. Husband of the late Jessie Peter (Blue) and of his first wife the late Nellie Wakelin. Dear father-in-law of David Lloyd of Komoka and stepfather of Mary Lou and her husband, Chris MacDougald of Shallow Lake and of Bryan Peter and his wife, Nancy, of Midland. Proud grandfather of Laura and Steven both of Komoka, Michael and his wife, Coralee, of London, Adam, Craig and Jeff, all of Shallow Lake and Katie and Becky both of Midland. Stan will be missed by his extended family, by his nieces and nephews, by his many friends of the community and by his Square Dance friends. Predeceased by his daughter Ellen Rose Lloyd and by his brother Walter. At Stan's request his body has been donated for Anatomical Research, University of Western Ontario, London. Interment of ashes will follow at the Southampton Cemetery. A Memorial Service to celebrate Stan's life will be conducted in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Saturday July 13, 2002 at 2pm. Reverend Ken Russ will officiate. A time of fellowship will follow in the Family Centre of the Funeral Home. Expressions of Remembrance to the Saugeen Shores Medical Building Fund.

Gordon was a Veteran of WWII., a member of the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada and a Normandy Veteran. Beloved husband of Dirkje "Dee" Warden (nee DeVaal) of Southampton. Dear father of George and his wife Gloria of Fonthill and Peter and his wife Marie-Claire of Haliburton. Proud grandfather of Eryn, Christopher and Anne-Marie. Also survived by 5 sisters, Jean Diebel, Evelyn Harris, Hazel Raynard, Joyce Wilson, Betty Warden and by 2 brothers, Ken and Jack, all of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by 1 brother and 1 sister. No visitation. A Time to Celebrate Gordon's life will be conducted in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Tuesday July 30, 2002 at 2pm. Cremation,Woodlawn Crematorium, Guelph. A Time of Fellowship will follow in the Family Centre of the Funeral Home. Expressions of Remembrance to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Tom. No visitation. Cremation. Longtime friend and companion of David Whitehead of Owen Sound. Loving mother of Harlan and his wife Laureen of Longlac and Eric of Owen Sound. Dear sister of E. Bryan Johnson and his wife Norma, Robert Kahgee and his wife Heather, Wayne Kahgee and Brenda Kewageshig and her husband George all of the Saugeen First Nation. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Cassandra and Ashley Partridge both of Owen Sound, Maggie, Aylin, Brian and Harlan Jr., all of Longlac. Sadly missed by her nieces, Kaylyn, Tiffany, Alexis, Anthea, Michelle, Natosha and Amber and by her nephews, Allan, Christopher, Samson and David as well as by her aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Emmerson and Lenora Mae Kahgee (nee Johnson), by 2 daughters, Nina Lenora and Rhonda, by her brother, Carmen and by her grandparents, Edward and Mary Irene Kahgee, Wesley and Wilda Johnson and Laura Joshua. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Saturday October 5, 2002 from 7-9pm and on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Evening Services of Song and Remembrance will begin at 8pm, both Saturday and Sunday. The Funeral Service will be conducted from the Wesley United Church, Highway 21, Saugeen First Nation, 2pm Monday, October 7, 2002. Interment Village Cemetery, Saugeen. Expressions of Remembrance to the Wesley United Church or to the new Health Centre of Saugeen First Nation.

Gilmour-Coon Dorothy Myra, at the Castleview Care Centre, Trail, British Columbia, on Friday September 13, 2002. Dorothy Coon (nee Gilmour) of Trail B.C. and formerly of Toronto in her 92nd year. Dorothy was born in Saugeen Township and was the daughter of the Late Daniel and Stella Gilmour. She left the farm at the age of 17 so as to attend the Shaw Business College in Toronto, after which, she became a very successful business woman, retiring from the Canadian Pharmaceutical Association at the age of 78. After marrying the Late Ben Coon, Dorothy moved to British Columbia where she became a faithful member of St Andrew's Anglican Church, Trail B.C.. She is survived by her sister Edith Soden-Stebbins of Sarnia and by many loved nieces and nephews, Myra Chapman, Robert Gilmour, Harry Gilmour, Shirley Gilmour, Danny Gilmour, Terry Soden, Bud Soden, Paul Soden, Larry Soden and by their families. She is predeceased by her 3 brothers, Cliff, Elmir and Jack. Visitation from the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton Ontario, on Friday September 20, 2002 from 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the St Paul's Anglican Church, Southampton on Saturday September 21 at 11am. Reverend Margaret Greenhow will officiate. Interment Southampton Cemetery. A Time of Fellowship will follow in the Social Hall of the Church. For Dorothy's many friends in Trail B.C., a Memorial Service will be conducted, at her Church at a later date. Etta was a dedicated volunteer for the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Wife of the Late Wilfred J. Hamilton. Dear mother of Cindy and her husband Tom Paterson of Southampton and Susan McNally of Georgetown. Also survived by her son-in-law, John McNally of Georgetown. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Sean, David, Andrea and Jamie. Predeceased by her brother Shaw. Dear grandfather of Vicky-Lynne and her husband Grant Cook of Owen Sound, Tammy-Lee and her husband David Campbell of Southampton and Kimberly-Ann and her husband Kevin Craig of Clavering. Sadly missed by seven great- grandchildren, Kayla, Samantha, Lindsay, Chelsy, Carly, Tara and Kailey. Predeceased by his brother, Sandy and by his granddaughter, Billy-Joe.
