Also survived by sisters, Hazel Thow-Phillips of Newmarket, Jane Sullivan of Orillia and brother, John Sutherland of Huntsville. Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Shirley will be fondly remembered for her role as the Assignments Clerk for Bell Canada. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Catherine Sutherland, by her first husband David Shultis and by her sisters Catherine and Joan. No Visitation. Loving Opa of Alexandra, Jessica, Lia, Sara, Evan and Rachel. Also survived by his brothers, Henk, Ted, Harry and by his sisters, Hella Gruter and Riet deMol. Predeceased by his parents Philippe and Frida Gruter and by his brother George. Willem was a distinguished Marine Engineer Technologist on Shell Tankers before immigrating to Ontario where he became a respected Nuclear Operator with Ontario Hydro. Cremation.
