Proud grandfather of Amanda and her husband Greg Plester of Fredericton, N.B., Kimberley of Edmonton, AB., Brandon and Andrew both of Utterson. Loved great grandfather of Liam and Ronan. Also survived by his sister Isabel Omand of Scotland. Predceceased by his parents Robert and Jane Wilson and by his 6 brothers and 3 sisters. On his retirement Sandy moved to Southampton to be near his family and pursue his passion for fishing. Sandy will be fondly remembered by his neighbours and friends in the community but especially missed by his Scottish and other coffee club companions. He will be fondly remembered by his sisters Annie Linn of Southampton, Janet (Keith) Gark of Sarnia, and Mary Lou Majury of Paisley. Brother and sister-in-laws Willard (Freda) Wade, Helen Porter, Marian (Michael) Semenciw, Doris Kazarian, Dorothy (Jim) Theobald, James Engel and Ross Lisle. Predeceased by two infant sons, his parents Archie and Lila, sister Edna Engel, brother William Alfred “Fred”(Linda), brother and sister-in-laws Lorne Majury, Bill Linn, Elna Wade, Bruce (Eleanor) Wade, Evelyn Jean (Pat) Crawford, Rae Lisle, Les Porter, Harry Kazarian, and James Robinson.
