DUKELOW, Eileen Elizabeth - of Guelph (formerly of Prescott, Ontario). On Sunday, November 10, 2002, Eileen E. (Barton) Dukelow, age 88 years, beloved wife of C. Donald Dukelow, for 62 years. Loving mother of John and wife Cathy of Mississauga and Bill and wife Belle of Guelph. Grandmother of Jeff, Tracey, Bennett and Mackenzie. Predeceased by her parents, Fred and Ida Barton; sister, Edna Bronchetti and brothers, Franklin and Cleland Barton. Special aunt to Rosemyrtle McLouglin of Ogdensberg, New York. Former captain of the Prescott Womens Hockey Team in the 1930's. Eileen first put skis on in 1979, at the tender age of 65. She went on to accomplish most of the runs at Blue Mountain, Collingwood. She will be lovingly remembered for her tenacity for life as she cheated death on numerous occasions during her 88 years. At her request Eileen's remains have been cremated and there will be no memorial service.
