Beloved father of Christine (husband David Wolff) of Niagara Falls, Patrick (fiancee Amy MacVeigh) of Sudbury and Jasmine of Wahnapitae. Dear son of Pius (predeceased) and Marie Hauser of Switzerland. Dear brother of Isidore of Colorado, Lydia and Wilf both of Switzerland and Martin and Philip both predeceased. Missed by many nieces and nephews of Switzerland. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Wife of the late John Daigle (1980). Loving mother of Raymond (wife Lina) of Sudbury, Gordon (wife Margaret) of Cobalt, Irene Vandam (husband Ties) of Falconbridge, Rita Blakely (husband Mike) of Nipigon, Richard (wife Renée) of Haileybury, Linda Lendt of London, David Norman (wife Violet) of Cargylle and Rene predeceased. Cherished grandmother of 22 and great grandmother of 26. Dear sister of Elie, Art both of Hamilton and Thérèse McMahon (husband John) of New Liskeard. Predeceased by her parents Evariste and Orphelia Forget and her brothers Cyprien, Emile and Lucien. A Memorial Service will be held at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 3 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. DEPATIE, Lionel The family announces with sorrow his death, in Sudbury, Sunday, February 12th, 2006 at the age of 82 years. Born March 17th, 1923 in Sellwood, Ontario, he was the son of the late Rosaire and of the late Anna (née Dion) Depatie. Beloved husband of 60 years to Marie Anne Depatie (née Philion) of Sudbury. Loving father of Norman (Linda), Lorraine Leblanc (Bob), Marcel (Judy) all of Sudbury and Daniel (Carmen) of Val Caron. Predeceased by his brothers Lucien, René (Pauline of Sudbury) and Sylvio. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 9 grandchildren Sherri, Laura, Robert, Pamela, Angel, Lisa, Anise, Jessica, Alisha and by 10 great-grandchildren. Lionel retired from Falconbridge after 25 years of service. He was a parishioner of St-Dominique Church for over 45 years. Mr. Depatie was also an avid member of the "Club Amical" in Sudbury. The family will receive friends at the CO- OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. and Wednesday after 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, February 15th, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in St-Dominique Church, Sudbury. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

DESORMEAUX, Gary Joseph In loving memory of Gary Joseph Desormeaux, 43 years, who passed away Friday morning, February 10th, 2006 at his residence in Sudbury. Gary was born and raised in Sudbury. A member of the Catholic Faith, he worked at Gladu Electric and for the Neelon Casting for the last 15 years. Easy going and carefree, Gary was at his happiest surrounded by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Beloved son of William "Bill" and Cecile (nee Blais) Desormeaux of Sudbury. Loving brother of Lynn Desormeaux-Kilday of Orangeville. Dear uncle of Matthew and Chantal. Sadly missed by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. DESORMEAUX, Sylvio Henri The family announces with sorrow, his peaceful passing, Monday evening, January 30, 2006 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, Laurentian Site at the age of 84 years. Son of the late Gonzague and of the late Emilia (nee Lebel) Desormeaux. Beloved husband of Jeannine Desormeaux (nee Myre) of Sudbury. Loving father of Jocelyne "Joyce" Price (Tom) of Whitefish, Lorraine O'Brien (Kevin) and Gilles Desormeaux (Elsa) both of Sudbury, Pierre Desormeaux (Bedu) of South Africa and Marcel Desormeaux (Anna) of Ottawa. Lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren and by his 3 great grandsons and his great- granddaughter. Mr. Desormeaux was born in Hull, Qc. And was a member of the Royal Canadian Navy, serving in the Second World War. He was a member of the War Pensioners of Canada. Sylvio married the former Jeannine (née Myre) in 1946 and later commenced working with Inco Limited, retiring in 1981 as a welder. He was a member of the Inco Quarter Club. At Mr. Desormeaux's request, there will be no visitation. The family will receive friends for a Memorial funeral service to be held at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME Chapel, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. A War Pensioners Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment of Mr. Desormeaux's cremains will be held Saturday, June 3, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at the Civic cemetery , Sudbury. If you so desire, gifts to the V.O.N. Adult Day Care would be greatly appreciated.

EXNER, Rose Jean (Teeny Provincial) The family wish to announce the passing of Rose Jean (formerly of Coniston) at Pioneer Manor on Friday, February 10th, 2006 with family by her side. Wife of John Exner (predeceased 1975). Also predeceased by her parents Fred & May Provincial and by her brothers and sisters, Eldon, Sandy, Elmer, Michael (M.J.), Victor Smith, Muriel, Mary, Pearl and Myra. Survived by her sister Anne McMahon (Gary predeceased) of Dowling and her brother Desmond Smith (wife Liz) of Goulais River. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Rose Jean's niece Faye Taillefer, the staff of Ramsey Court (Pioneer Manor) and the Lougheed Family for their care, compassion and support. As per Rose Jean's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Predeceased by his parents Elvira and Lorenzo Bianconi and his brothers Mario, Fr. Simone and his sister Maria. Born in Carpineto, Romano, Italy, Quirino came to Canada in 1958. He was an Italian War Veteran. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Rose, Jeannine, Michelle, Uronka, Serena, John Joe, Keara, Derek, Dean, Melanie, Natalie, Valerie, Emilie and Christopher and 6 great-grandchildren. Beloved sister of Frieda, Dorothy, Henry, Shirley, Barbara, Carole and predeceased by Cecil, Richard, Harvey and Helen. Dearly loved, best friend and "sister" to the Boivin Family. Predeceased by his son-in-law Ron Desrochers. Dear brother of Marguerite Boutin (late Louis) of Timmins, Gérard (Thérèse of Azilda), Claire Francis (Louis) of Val Gagné, Roger Boucher (Florence), Jeanninne Morin (Rosaire) all of Kapuskasing, Claudette Rivest (friend Henri Gélinas) of Geraldton and André Boucher of Iroquois Falls. Predeceased by 2 brothers Roland (Suzanne of Val Gagné), Aurèle (Lucie of North Bay) and 1 sister Germaine Robert (late Hervé). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by 16 grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Mabou, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, he married Louisa (O'Brien) in Garson in 1953. Lawrence was employed with MacIsaac Mining and Tunneling, starting as a miner and working his way to the title of Mine Manager at Hemlo Gold Mines. His strongest attributes were his pride (in his family, his work and himself), his determination, his never-say-quit attitude, and his love for his family. He enjoyed Gaelic music, and cars. He left behind a legacy of love and warm memories to his family. He was a one of a kind father and friend. This warm hearted, caring, honest man will be missed immeasurably by those who love him dearly, but will live in our hearts forever. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Church, 30 Beech St., Sudbury on Friday, February 10th, 2006 at 10 a.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
