Tupling, Ora Marjorie

At the Southampton Care Centre on Friday, June 21st, 2002 at the age of 92 years, the former Ora Martin. Wife of the late Carl Tupling. Mother of Jackie and her husband Nelson Robertson, and Gary and his wife Lucette all of Port Elgin. Grandmother of Randy Robertson of Belleville, Carla and her husband Rob Dunlop of Port Elgin, Rance and his wife Kari Tupling of Port Elgin, and Chantalle Nicholls of Paris, Ontario. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Alan Martin and the late Del Martin. Sister-in-law of Isabelle Martin of Thunder Bay, the late Frankie Atkins, and the late Doris Sturgeon McCartney. Mrs. Tupling was predeceased by her daughter Lois Dollar in 1987.

Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, from 7-9 p.m. on Sunday. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m ., with the Rev. Julia Morden officiating. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery.

Maggs, Sheila

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Friday, September 13th, 2002 in her 69th year, the former Sheila Jones of Paisley. Beloved wife of Richard Maggs. Dear mother of Kevin and his wife Liza of Cambridge, Sandra and her husband Stephen McNabb of Petawawa, and John and his wife Bridgitt of Mississauga. She is also survived by two grandchildren Alexander and Liam.

Loving and cherished Poppa of Greg, Jeremy, Michael, Maggie, Kenny, Scotty, Darren, Christopher, Nicole, and Steven. Brother of Merd Bolander and his wife Helen of Sudbury.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton Site on Monday, September 9th, 2002 at the age of 83 years, Cliff Bowes of Port Elgin and formerly of Oshawa. Loved husband and best friend of Pat Bowes. Dearly missed by Joan and her husband Jack Myers of Southampton, Dr. Tony Gerrow of Calgary, Rick Gerrow and his wife Laurell of Mitchell, Tina and her husband Tony Gumbinger of Oshawa, Kelly Gerrow of Ottawa and Gerry Gerrow and his wife Simone of Whitby. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and by his brother Ken Bowes of Port Elgin.

Peacefully at his residence in Paisley on Friday, January 23rd, 2004, at the age of 81 years, Norval Webb, son of the late Scott and Pearl Webb, brother of Jack and his wifeAudrey of Cargill, Phyllis and her husband Jim Bain of Brant Twp., and Marge and her husband Lawrence Campbell of Paisley. He is predeceased by brother Willard and one sister Hazel.

Grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sons Paul and Doron.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Thursday, September 5th, 2002 at the age of 78 years, Jim Cumming of Paisley. Husband of the late Mae Cobean. Father of Linda and her husband Eric Robinson of Alma, Don of Port Elgin, Dean of Saugeen Township, Barry and his wife Heather of Port Elgin, and Brian and his wife Lori of Paisley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson. Brother of Alvin and his wife Clara, Nellie Johnston, and Ethel and her husband Calvin Cober. He is predeceased by his daughter Bonnie Jean, his daughter-in-law Marilyn, and his sister Ilene Stewart.

Grandpa to Michael and Erica of Toronto, Steven and Melanie of Kitchener, David and Helen of Port Elgin, Dianne and Ron of Port Elgin, Jennifer and Jeff of Ancaster, Andrew and Wanda of Kamloops, B.C., and Allison of Newmarket. Great-grandpa of Christopher, Matthew, Elgin, Emma, Callan, Cole, and Nickolaus. He is predeceased by four sisters and four brothers.

At the Extendicare Nursing Home, Scarborough, on Thursday, August 29th, 2002, at the age of 93 years, Almon Johnston of Toronto and formerly of Miramichi, N.B. Husband of the late Beryl Johnstone. Brother of Ivan Johnston of Port Elgin. He is also survived by his nieces, Barbara and Patsy and by his nephew Johnny. He is predeceased by three brothers and one sister.

At the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley, on Sunday, August 18th, 2002, in his 76th year, Bruce McFadden of Paisley. Beloved husband of the former Lois Pearce. Dear father of Cheryl and her friend Mark of Campbellville. Brother of Norma Platt of Fergus, Ruby and Johnson Woods of Orton, Allan and Gladys of Fergus, Edwin of Massachusetts, and Lloyd and Marie of Markdale. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Gladys Pearce and his sisters-in-law Fern McFadden and Verna McFadden. He is predeceased by his sister Margaret, and his brothers Ross and Wilmer.

Beloved Nan of Adam and his wife Jen, Matthew and his wife Sylvia, Angie and her husband Dan, Tyler, Sean and his wife Mic, Amanda and her husband Dallas, Elizabeth and Sarah. Great-grandmother of six. She is survived by her brother Jack Fenton of Blenheim, and predeceased by three brothers and one sister.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton on Friday, August 9th, 2002, at the age of 38 years, Lorie Lukas of Elsinore and formerly of Hamilton. Wife of Gary Lukas. Mother of Jennifer of Hamilton. Daughter of Peggy Anne Mansfield of Hamilton and Gary Earle of Port Elgin. Sister of Lorrayne Milliken of Arnprior, and Chris Cain of Aurora. Lorie will be missed by her nephews Ryan and Kyle Cain, and Stephen Milliken and by her nieces Amy Cain and Janyne Milliken.

A memorial service will be conducted at the family residence, #7204 Highway 21 in the Village of Elsinore, (east of Southampton, Ontario) on Saturday, August 17th, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. with Chaplain Doreen Furness officiating. A reception with the family will follow at the Elsinore Community Centre.
