At the Janet MacDonell Pavilion on Thursday March 29, 2001. The former Eva Marie Seguin of 124 Emma Avenue; age 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald McMillan. Dear mother of John McMillan (Lucienne), Archie McMillan (Anna), Douglas McMillan and Elizabeth (Mrs. Ronald Deschamps all of Cornwall. Dear daughter of the late Paul Seguin and the late Calixte Lavigne. Dear sister of Mrs. Emma Lavigne of Maxville and Mrs. Cassie Duval of Tillsonburg, Ontario. Dear step-sister of Paul and Alexander Boucher both of Montreal. Predeceased by one sister Mrs. Mary Massie. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Monday April 2, 2001 for Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 a.m.

Peacefully at the Cornwall General Hospital on Saturday, March 31, 2001. Albert (Bert) Aldoria Filion (retired employee of Domtar Specialty Fine Papers) of Walton Street; age 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Viola Burns. Dearest friend of Freda Bazinet. Dear father of Clifford Filion of Gatineau, Quebec, Caroline Gauthier (Lucien), Gloria Muylders (Nick) and Jean Filion (Sandra) all of Cornwall. Sadly missed by his seven grandchildren, Marc and Denis Gauthier, David Lemoyre, France, Pierre, Kylie and Lori Filion. Dear son of the late Xavier (John) Filion and the late Alma Chalifoux. Dear brother of Cyril Filion (Rita), Lucille (Mrs. Clifford Sabourin), Fleurette (Mrs. Frank Vincent) and Mrs. Theresa McGillivary all of Cornwall. Predeceased by four brothers, Noé, Aldoma, Arthur and Henri Filion and by four sisters, Mrs. Yvonne Bisaillon, Gertrude, Jeannine and Fleur-Ange Filion. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by one son, Keith McConnell. Dear daughter of the late Joseph Rainey and the late Mary Wiseman. Predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Leonard Rainey and by one sister, Mrs. Janie Bourgon. Dear aunt of Mrs. Donalda MacAskill of Winchester. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Dear and special friend of Lucy Desrosiers.

Beloved wife of the late Stanley Melnyck and by a previous marriage the late Joseph Carriere. Dear mother of Marielle (Mrs. Raymond Giroux) of Peterborough, and Jeannette (Mrs. Paul Morin) of Ottawa. Predeceased by one son Maurice Carriere. Dear daughter of the late Napolean Carriere and Mathilda Leblanc. Dear sister of Lucille (Mrs. Pierre Potier) of Embrun. Predeceased by three brothers, Alderick (Leo),Wilfrid, and Arthur Carriere, and by three sisters, Mrs. Yvonne Bourdeau and Mrs. Jeannette Dupuis and Irene Carriere. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Dear mother of Roger Lebrun (Madeleine), Huguette (Mrs. Robert Bouvier), André Lebrun (Carmen), Pauline (Mrs. Gerard Burelle) and Aline Menard all of Cornwall, Jeannine Gagné (wife of the late Wilfred Gagné) of Woodstock, Ontario, Edgar Lebrun and Yvon Lebrun both of Montreal, Remi Lebrun (Nati) of San Diego, California and Alain Lebrun of Toronto. Predeceased by one daughter Rollande Laplante, one son Conrad Lebrun and one grandaughter, Linda Gagné. Dear mother-in-law of Mrs. Dolores Lebrun of Cornwall. Dear daughter of the late Théodule Fournier and the late Délima Gadbois. Dear sister of Miss Rosa Fournier of Ottawa. Predeceased by 7 brothers and 6 sisters. Also survived by 30 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Loving grandfather of Lynn, Richard, Gail, Danielle, Joanne and Chantal and great-grandfather of Kaleigh, Connor, Amanda, Nicholas, Kyle, Justine, Denny and Logan. Dear son of the late Julien Lauzon and the late Ozeline Guay. Dear brother, of Mrs. Cécile Tessier of Cornwall and Mrs. Laurette Secours of Massena, New York.
