Bieth, Mitchell Robert
February 18, 1947 - October 28, 2010
Mitchell Robert Bieth passed away peacefully at his residence on October 28, 2010 after a gallant battle with cancer. Survived by his beloved wife and caregiver Deborah Jean Bieth and his children James Pearce Goulding, April Deanna Butler and his son-in-law Trevor Butler; also his grandchildren Olivia Butler and Riley Butler. He also leaves behind the entire Montour Clan and precious friends. Memorial Service will be held at BAYVIEW cemetery , MAUSOLEUM & CREMATORIUM, 740 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 3PM. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Canadian Cancer Assistance Program (CAP).

Blackborow, Elizabeth 'Liz'
1969-2010
Peacefully on December 3, 2010 with her family by her side. Loving daughter of John and Eileen McWilliam. Dear mother of Taylor and Kevin. Beloved wife of Michael. She will be forever missed by her sister Karen (Dan), cousin Carrie (Dave), Mother-in-law Barbara and Father-in-law Allan (Eleanor). She will always be remembered and loved by Olivia, Marko, Jami-Lee, Tyler, Erin, Evelyn, Mary and many other family and friends. Liz was a beautiful person. An Angel truly did get her wings today. A special thanks to Ward C3 staff and her Spitfire Drive friends. Visitation at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, ‘William J. Markey Chapel’, 947 Rymal Road E. Blowers, Eileen (Terry)
1928-2010
Peacefully, on July 21st in Vancouver and with family at her side after a brief but brave battle with leukemia. Terry left the earth as she had lived – with grace and beauty. After losing her husband tragically and suddenly, Terry raised her two young daughters on her own. They will miss her terribly, as will her only grand daughter Livia and sons-in-law Glenn and Tom. Terry brightened the lives of all who knew her with her easy laughter. She will be missed by her many friends and extended family.
Friends may call Sunday August 8th from 11AM to 1PM with a Celebration of Terry’s life being held at 1PM followed by a reception at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home 1010 Botanical Drive Burlington, ON – 905 527 0405. (located directly behind the Royal Botanical Gardens – RBG)

Bond, Olga
1956-2009
It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend at the age of 53 yrs. Throughout her battle with cancer, Olga gave strength to those around her. She truly never gave up and was an inspiration to us all. Wife of 26 yrs to Gareth, mother of James and Adam, daughter to Stella Delorenzis and the late Giovanni and daughter-in-law to the late Joan Bond. Sister to Frank Delorenzis, Silvana Dennison and Rob Delorenzis (Carla), and sister-in-law to Sue Depaulo, John (Jocelyn) Bond and Derek Bond (Laurel) and Aunt to Daniella, Cassandra, Brianna, Brenden, Marco, Luke, Tony, Jessica, Jazzmin, Angel and Nigel. Olga also leaves a lasting memory with her Uncle Frank and Aunt Angela Agostino of Hamilton and many cousins, nephews and nieces in Canada and Italy. Olga worked for many years in the retail clothing business most recently as manager at Cassis at the Limeridge Mall. Her passion was her family and most of all her boys James and Adam. An amazing marvelous mother, Olga was also an avid gardener and a dedicated friend to many. Special thanks goes to the wonderful Palliative Care Specialists at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice. Booth, Gordon
1924-2008
Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital, Hamilton on Wednesday July 2, 2008. Born in Oldham, Lancashire on June 5, 1924. Beloved husband of Herta. Dear father of Sonja (Jim), Jason (Chris), Leslie (Shauna), Jennifer (Joachim), and Christopher (Meagan). Loving Opa of Kristina (Adam), Justin, Cameron, Adam, Ambrose, Sebastian, Georgia and Adrian. Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Beatrice and his sister Yvonne. Gordon was a W.W. II Veteran serving as a sapper with the British Royal Engineers, landing in France two days after D-Day, serving also with the Canadian Forces from 1942-1947. While in Germany, he met his future wife Herta. They immigrated to Canada via England in 1951. Gordon will be remembered as a gentle, soft spoken man with a sharp, dry sense of humour. He was happiest tinkering with his car or home, or simply enjoying time with his family. Special thanks to the staff on Ward 3 East at St. Peter’s Hospital. A Graveside Service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main Street West, on Friday July 4, 2008 at 1 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1010 Botanical Drive, BURLINGTON (905.527.0405).

Borsellino, Alfonso
1924-2009
It is with profound sadness but enormous pride and gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce our father's passing peacefully at The Wellington on December 1, 2009 in his 86th year.
Alfie was predeceased by Dora (nee Emili), his wife of 58 years, in June of 2008. Funny, generous and loving father of Matt and Lisa (Hal Legault), brother of Marlene (Ron Rayner) and brother-in-law of Albert and Teresa Emili. Also predeceased by his brother-in-law Reno Emili and his wife Frieda and sister-in-law Mary and her husband Nick Macovi. Proud uncle of nine nephews and nieces and great-uncle of 16 great nephews and nieces.
Alfie and his father, Alfonso, Sr., co-founded Borsellino's Music Shoppe, a James Street North landmark for musicians, radio broadcasters and television personalities from across the city for more than a generation. Alfie was a member of the Hamilton Musicians' Guild for more than 50 years, leading the Orion Quintet for much of that time. Upon closing the music store in 1975, Alfie worked for Canada Permanent (now TD Canada Trust), the Hamilton Golf and Country Club and, finally, at Unified Family Court, where he retired in 1998 after 11 years of dedicated service. Special thanks to Dr. Angelo Zizzo for years of taking care of our father.

Bott, Florence Margaret
1921-2010
BOTT, Florence Margaret Peacefully with TC by her side; at St. Peter’s Hospital Tuesday Aug. 3rd; in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Russell (1998), sister of Audrey (1999). Dear mother to Gay (Harold), Jim (Sue), Ronnie (Rick) and Debbie (David).Loving Aunt to Tim (Joan) and Danny (Jean). Beloved Grandmother to many. Flo is a long time devoted fan of the Hamilton Tiger Cats Flo will be sadly missed by the staff and residents of the Willow Grove Nursing home in Ancaster. Special thanks to the GI ward at St. Joe’s Hospital and the staff of St. Peter’s – Ward 3W. In respecting Flo’s wishes, no visitation will be held and cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.

Bozzo, Maria
1954-2008
Peacefully, at St. Peter’s hospital surrounded by loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer, the Lord summoned Maria Bozzo to eternal life at an early age of 54. Loving wife of Antonio Bozzo for 37 years. Loving mother of Raffaele and Patricia Bozzo, Anna and Gregory Zloch. Adored nonna of Adriana and Milania Bozzo. Predeceased by her parents Eugenio and Assunta Filice and in-laws Raffaele and Marianna Bozzo. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Nick and Anna Filice, Natale and the late Teresa Pecora from Italy, Teresa and Salvatore Filice, Maria and Mario Porco, and Michael and Susanna Bozzo. She will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends from Hamilton and Italy. Special thanks to Dr. Mazurka, Dr. Hospy, Dr. Hirte and all the doctors, nurses and health care professionals at the Juravinski Centre and both Henderson and St. Peter’s Hospital. After a lengthy battle it is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Gaetano on April 30, 2010 in his 48th year. Cherished wife of Shannon Brancato (Nee Hutton). Beloved son of Tony and Concetta Brancato. Beloved brother of Giselle (Elvio Disimone). Loving son in law of David and Carol (nee Renaud) Hutton. Loving brother in law of Shawn (Dr. Candice Wakulich) Hutton and Angel (Dave Kaplanis). True hero and now guardian angel to nieces and nephews Olivia and Chiara Disimone, Sullivan and Gavin Hutton and Brianna and Devon Kaplanis. Guy will be dearly missed by all the people at Thoughtcorp, extended family, colleagues and friends. Peacefully at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Oakville on Saturday June 14, 2008 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Lubiscak) Brandino. Loving father of John and Rob and his wife Pat. Cherished grandfather of Megan, Michelle and Katie. Dear brother of Connie Szabo and her husband Lou. Predeceased by his brothers Patsy and Tony. Will be remembered by his nieces and nephews. John was a retired supervisor of the Ford Motor Company, Oakville. Private cremation, Bayview Crematorium, Burlington. Peacefully in his home, on Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the young age of 72.
Survived by his six brothers and sisters.
Beloved father of Lanny, Kevin, Ted and Tamara. Proud Papa to everybody.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Luanne passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 1st, 2010 in her 52nd year. Dear mother of Jason (Caylin), Renee (Josh), and Andrew. Loving grandmother of Madison and Payton. Beloved daughter to Betty Kane (papa Tom). Sadly missed by sisters Judi (Wayne) Kew, Sandi (Mark) Vickers and brother Rick Court (Shendal) and the late Cathy. Special Auntie Lou to Leanne, Amber, Scott, Easton, Erin, Mathew, Lindsey and Ian. Special life long friend to Diane Dumond. Luanne was a long-time employee of Sears Limeridge Mall. Customers and co-workers will miss Luanne’s smile at the cosmetic counter. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Agnes into her Lord’s hands on April 22, 2008. She was the best mother you could ever want. Agnes loved her daughters Sandra Plank and Lucille Restivo with much devotion her entire life. Agnes thought the world of her son-in-law Harry Restivo. She was an exceptional Nan to Cheryl Duckworth (Michael), Wendy Fisher (Neil), Michelle Mercanti (Remo), Sandra Tischler (Ron), Jeffrey Wales (Jennifer) and Bradley Wales (Carolyn). She was a great Nanny to eleven great-grandchildren who adored her. Agnes is lovingly remembered by her sisters Mary and Isobel and her brother-in-law Bill. Agnes is predeceased by her husband Brent (1988) and her sisters Kay, Jean and Marg. She will be sadly missed by their families, many friends, and Lovey. Agnes was an active member of the Monarchist League, Eastern Star, IODE and the Shriners Club.
