Freda lived, laughed and loved throughout her life. She spent her life giving to others. She was loved and cherished by many and will be deeply missed by her husband of 58 years, Matt, by her children Paulette and Cheryl, by her son-in-law Tim and by her precious grandchildren Natalie and Gordon Urquhart. In her lifetime, Freda affected the lives of many. She was passionate about making a difference; she contributed to social programs around the world; she was a leader, a teacher, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist and an inspiration.
