Loving father of Aila Knight of Oshawa, Anne and her husband Michael Smith of Janetville and Allan Loyska of Oshawa. Dear grandfather of Christy and Jeffery. Predeceased by 1 brother and 3 sisters. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A complete service will be held at GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 540 Cromwell Ave. (at Park Rd. S. and Hwy. 401) Oshawa, on Monday, April 2, 2001 at 1 p.m. Cremation. It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stewart Edwards announces his sudden passing on Monday, March 26th, 2001. Born in Andover, England on July 23, 1935, Stewart came to Canada with his wife Betty and two children. Stewart was a loving husband and devoted father to Gary and Helen for 35 years. He will be forever missed by his close friends and family Alley, Les, Pam, Julie, Wendy, Annette, Leigh, Laurie, Sharon, Ed, Bart, Sue, Joanne, Gary, Rob, Tracey and Cyril. Visitation for family and friends will be at Martino and Son Funeral Parlour at 1057 Brock Road, Pickering on Friday, March 30th, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. followed by a service celebrating Stew's life and honouring his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Stewart's memory to The Heart and Stroke Foundation. His life was gentle, and the elements so mixed in him that Nature might stand and say to all the world.

Loved grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 5. Survived by his sister Sophia Sidey of Whitby. Predeceased by sisters Clara and Eileen and brother Morris.
