WORMINGTON, Albert Frederick -
passed away at the Lakeridge Health in Port Perry, on Friday, May 18, 2001. Albert Wormington, in his 82nd year, husband of the late Irma Wormington (Clark). Dear father of Lee and his wife Julie of Whitby and Jim Greig. Loving grandfather of Jeffrey, Aleesha and Anna. Uncle to Lila, Marvin, Brian, Bob and Gord. A family funeral service will be held in the Chapel at the Low & Low Funeral Home, 1763 Reach Road, Port Perry, on Tuesday, May 22, 2001. Cremation. Donations to the Port Perry Community Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

DAGG, Helen Roberta (nee Imison) -
Peacefully with her family by her side, on Thursday, May 17, 2001 at the Ajax and Pickering Health Centre, after a lengthy battle with anemia. Helen Dagg, beloved wife of the late Dr. Richard E. Dagg. Dear mother of Richard Dagg and Dr. George Dagg. Loving grandmother of Sarah, Eric, Kathryn, and Stephanie. Fondly remembered by sister Dorothy (John Baugh). Predeceased by brother Charles Imison and sister Marjorie Johnson. Sister-in-law of Muriel Imison. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral service to be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Shawville Quebec on Saturday, May 19, 2001 at 2 p.m. Visitors 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the Service. Interment Maple Grove, Shawville Quebec. Loved great-grandmother of Tyler Kelman-Finlay, Nathan Kelman, Jaggor Kelman, Brandon Taylor-Kelman, Emily Waller (Kelman), Alyssa Kelman and Lauren Goode. Much loved sister of Louis, John and Bill Lyle, Edith Bentley, Lucy Cole, Doris Leverington and the late Thomas, Alec, Mary (Mae) and Barbara. Loving mother of Ann McGrath (Nova Scotia), Allan and his wife Janice (Scarborough). Will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Allison, Peter and Sarah, and her great-grandchild Trent. Survived by brother Doug Price and sister Audrey Glennie, of Winnipeg. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service has been held. Peacefully, after a short illness, on Monday, May 14, 2001, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 74. Betty (nee Dowson), beloved wife of the late Roy Collins of Scugog Island. Loving mother of Joyce McLean of Scugog Island. Loved grandmother of Jeanette, Samantha, and Jennifer, and great-grandmother of Colin Greenridge. Betty is survived by her sister Myrtle Gimblett and her brother Arthur Dowson, and she was predeceased by her brothers Merlin, Allin, Joseph, Glen and George Dowson. Relatives and friends will be received at the Wagg Funeral Home "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Betty Collins will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 17th at 11 a.m. with Reverend John Griffen officiating. Interment Pine Grove cemetery , Prince Albert. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Community Memorial Hospital Foundation in Port Perry.
