Olive Dean died peacefully at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on May 10, 2002 in her 98th year. Born in Port Stanton, Ontario, Olive made many friends in her homes in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Aurora. Predeceased by her husband Douglas Wesley Dean in 1974 and daughter Judith Ticehurst (Otterburn, Quebec) in 1989, Olive is survived by sister Vivian Fraser (Lindsay)and daughter Barbara and son-in-law Tom Rance of Uxbridge. She will be missed by grandchildren Susie, Doug, and Fred Rance (Debbie Voth), Tricia Michielin (Maico/Mike), Lynda Kroeker (Don), 4 delightful great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
