Mr. Winston Patrick "Tyrone" Ramjass
June 26, 1944 - March 14, 2008

Gently and peacefully passed away on March 14th, in the arms of his wife and with the comfort of his son, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law and his three adoring grandchildren. Winston, known to all his friends and family as Tyrone, was eldest son of Maude and Herman Ramjass, the loving husband of Pam for 38 wonderful years; caring father and mentor to his only child, Will and daughter-in-law, Andrea; proud and doting grandfather of Alyssa, William and Alex and the eldest brother and ring-leader of the Ramjass siblings; Patsy, Gloria, Loma, Franklyn, Rawle, Pamela, Sonja, Ian, Suzanne and Barry.

Tyo left us with a legacy of humour, optimism, loyalty and an unquenchable zest for life that has left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him and loved him. Whether it be those private moments with his wife, or the frequent visits to his second home of his son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, or those usual weekend limes with his brothers, sisters and friends, all of us who where in his presence and touched by his laughter, compassion and loyalty will forever miss the man who filled our lives with beauty and warmth and who will never be replaced or forgotten in our hearts.

Family and friends will be welcomed at Highland Funeral Home, Markham Chapel, 10 Cachet Woods Court, Markham, on Monday, March 17th from 6pm-9pm and Tuesday, March 18th from 6pm-9pm.
