- Peacefully, on Friday, Nov. 26, at home with her family. Mother to Carla and John McLennan; Gaga to Heather McLennan and Chuck Morton, Sara McLennan and Michael Brattman and great-grand baby, Blake Morton. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Family and friends are welcomed to join the McLennan's at their home, Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999 from 3-5 p.m.

- At Henderson General Hospital, on Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, Steven Richard Prieb, age 50 years. Beloved husband of Tammy; loving father of Stefanie and Jeanette; cherished son of Irene and the late Earl Prieb; dear brother of Barry and Sharon of Clifford and Dennis and Marilyn of Kitchener. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave. (between Fennell and Mohawk), Hamilton, 1-905-388-4141 on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999 at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundaion of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.

- Of RR 2, Moorefield, passed away, peacefully, at Palmerston and District Hospital, on Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Ruth (Hickman) Scott; dear father of Linda Dianne and her husband Richard Seguin of Brampton, Raymond Scott and his wife Evelyn Gascho of RR 2, Moorefield and Karen Scott and her husband David Sorensen of Grand Prairie, Alta. Loving grandfather of Nicole, Danielle and Monique Seguin and Joshua and Jessica Sorensen. Fondly remembered by his sister, Beatrice and her husband Orton Geiger of Goderich; sisters-in-law, Audrey Scott of Brantford and Eleanor and her husband Harry White of Ponoka, Alta.; brothers-in-law, Rev. Dr. C.B. Hickman and his wife Ferne of Edmonton, Alta. and Fred Hickman and his wife Margaret of London. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, the late L. Lloyd Scott and Annie (Bridge) Scott; two brothers, Wilmot and Alan Scott; one sister, Margaret and one brother, John, both in infancy. The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Rev. Gordon Dunbar assisted by Rev. Dr. C.B. Hickman will conduct the funeral service in the Moorefield United Church on Monday, Nov. 29, 1999 at 2 p.m. Interment Palmerston cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Moorefield United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.

SHEPHERD, Robert Mark
- At the age of 39 years, passed away, suddenly, in Kitchener, on Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999. Loving husband and best friend of Michelle Shepherd and beloved father of Derrick, Neal and Megan, all at home; dear son of Muriel Shepherd of Waterloo and the late Robert D. Shepherd. Rob will be deeply missed by his brother, Greg and sister, Jennifer, both of Toronto; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Agnes and Ron Amlin of Kitchener; brothers-in-law, Brad and his wife Heather of Victoria, B.C. and Andrew of Kitchener. Rob was a caring and devoted father, husband, son and brother. Rob was a graduate of KCI and Conestoga College where he was a member of the Conestoga College Student Association and recipient of the award for outstanding contribution to college life. Following graduation, he was employed as a sales representative in the glass processing machinery business. Rob was a lifelong member of Knox Presbyterian Church and a former board member. Rob was also a member of Westmount Golf & Country Club, where he was an avid curler and golfer and at one time held the position of Junior Chairman of junior curling. He continued to be actively involved in junior curling and enjoyed introducing his young sons to the sport. Rob took a strong interest and was very involved in neighbourhood community issues. He loved life and all that it had to offer. He will be greatly missed by his numerous friends. Rob's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 11 a.m., at Knox Presbyterian Church, 50 Erb St. W., Waterloo with Rev. Linda and Rev. Brooke Ashfield officiating. Cremation will follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the Malignant Hyperthermia Association at Toronto General Hospital or Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Dearly beloved and devoted mother of Elizabeth Joy Tod and precious, kind and loving sister of Judi Driscoll of Kitchener, Diane (Fowler) Aebi of Wallenstein, Susan and Douglas Driscoll of Ottawa. With loving remembrance her niece, Laureena Fowler-Cooke and husband Steven; great-niece, Hailey-Marie; great-nephews, James and Kevin; sister-in-law, Nicole and niece, Carolanne and nephew, Randy Driscoll; mother-in-law, Elizabeth (Betty) Tod of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents, Joy (Hickey) and Donald Driscoll; her husband William (Bill) Tod and brother-in-law, Walton Aebi. The family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 29, 1999 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (743-8900). Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children's Wish Foundation or the charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family. - Wife of Stan Alexander, of Caressant Care, Listowel, formerly of Ethel, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital, on Monday, in her 89th year. Surviving is her family, Bob and wife Joyce of Ethel, Donna and husband Jim Knight of Brussels, John and wife Lois of Alberta; a son-in-law, Joe Raynard of Listowel; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred and husband Ralph Douglas of Atwood; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Bill Beirnes and Mrs. Cliff Beirnes, both of Listowel; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, William Francis Beirnes and the former Gladys Bowers; a daughter, Beatrice Raynard and three brothers, Ralph, Bill and Cliff Beirnes. Visitation at Peebles Funeral Home, Atwood, on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment Mount Pleasant cemetery , Ethel.

DARLEY, Thomas Alfred
- Thomas died, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999. Tom was born in Wolverhampton, England, on May 1, 1921. He was the beloved husband and friend of Olive Hindle Darley; loving father of Jane and her husband Don McLeod of Cambridge; grandfather of Tracy Williams of Welland and Tom McLeod of Cambridge; great-grandfather of Sydney and Spencer of Welland. Predeceased by a son John (1971) and also predeceased by brothers, Bill and Norman. Tom will be sadly missed by his wife Olive and their daughter Jane. Tom was employed at Schneiders Meats as a Government Meat Inspector. By the request of the family, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be conducted at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, corner of East Street and Ballantyne Avenue, Cambridge on Saturday, Dec. 4, 1999 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Carolyn McAvoy and Rev. John McIntosh officiating. Donations to the Epileptic Association, Canadian Diabetes Association or the CNIB would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to Dr. E. Mueller, the doctors and nurses on 3B South and 5B Oncology Unit at Cambridge Memorial Hospital and Para-Med nurses. Arrangements entrusted to Little's Funeral Home, Cambridge (623-1290).

Dear mother of Clive and his wife Mary Catherine of Kitchener and Ellahree and her husband Russel Neddow of Calgary; dear sister of Harold Lindsay of Woodstock and John "Baldy" Lindsay of Welburn. Also loved by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sister, Agnes Dutkiewicz (1992). Friends may call at the Harland B. Betzner Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 2, 1999 at 1 p.m., Rev. Michael Hathaway officiating.
