Alcumbrack, Loren Harvey Peacefully after a brief battle with cancer, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Tuesday, June 4, 2002. Loren Alcumbrack of Owen Sound in his 55th year. Husband and best friend of Margery. Step Dad of Simon and Shawna and Leigh and John. Beloved Gramps of Emily and Victoria. Son of Mary and the late Irwin Alcumbrack. Also survived by 3 sisters Stevie, Lyn and John, Sandra Jo and John. Uncle Buck of Stephen, Erin, Drew, Natalie and Evan. Predeceased by a brother Phil. A memorial service for Loren will be conducted in the chapel of the Tannahill Funeral Home on Friday afternoon at 1 o clock with Dr. Brad Clark officiating. Memorial donations to the Loren Alcumbrack Fund for Pediatrics at the G.B.R.H.C. Foundation would be appreciated.

Loved mother of Bob and his wife Connie of Burlington and Frank and his wife Diane of Milton. Sadly missed by four grandchildren Jennifer, Kathryn, Jeffrey and Michael and one great grandchild Julia. Also survived by two sisters Margaret Brewster of Leith, and Frances de Martigny of Owen Sound and a brother Dr. John Brewster of Owen Sound. Predeceased by a brother Dr. Maitland Brewster. The funeral service for Betty Burnett will be conducted at St. George s Anglican Church on Saturday afternoon at 1 o clock. Interment , Leith cemetery. Brother of Elias and his wife Eva Dimis of the Dominican Republic, Mimi Pablo of the Dominican Republic, Lillian Dimis of Toronto, and George and his wife Jihan Dimis of Toronto. Son in law of Jane Lihou. Brother in law of Janet, Cathy, Emily, and Susan. Uncle of Christina, Lena , Jazmin , Brittany , Ashley, Sarah, Amanda, and several nieces and nephews in the Dominican Republic . The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary s Catholic Church on Wednesday June 26th at 1,30 p.m. Interment , Greenwood cemetery . Visitation will take place at the church two hours prior to the Funeral Mass. Memorial donations to the Sam Dimis fund for Oncology at the G.B.R.H.C. Dear father of Bob (Saun) of Brantford , Linda Payne of Fergus, Alf (Fran) of Dornoch, Debbie (Ted Kean) and Darlene (Barry Smith) all of Owen Sound , Corinne (Dave Teschke) of Fergus and Pam (Rob Keeling) of Wolseley. Loving grandpa of Nicole, Jo-Anne, Barbara, Bobbi, Ryan, Dan, Adam, Gillian, Brandon, Lucas, Samantha and Nicholas. Great grandpa of Trianna, April, Jacob and Lauren. Predeceased by a grandson Benjamin, his parents Johnson and Susannah (Horton) Nelson and brothers Ray and Jack and sisters Evelyn, Winnifred, Irene and Edith. A W.W. II veteran, Frank served with the Sixth Hussar 5th Division 1940 1946. He worked for 17 years at the Owen Sound Arena and retired after 21 years as custodian of Sydenham Central School . Great Nana of Jennifer, Laura, Alysia, Jonathan, Danielle and Steven. Also survived by a sister in law Allison Forder of Parry Sound and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two granddaughters Joan and Jo-Anne Dilworth and three brothers Jack, Harry, Randall Forder. The funeral service for Madeline Fisk will be conducted at St. George s Anglican Church on Friday afternoon at 2 o clock . Interment , Hillcrest cemetery , Parry Sound. Devoted father of Reg and his wife Sheila of Goulds, Newfoundland, Carolyn and her husband Bill McCullough of Elmira , Barbara and her husband Pete Whittaker of Owen Sound and Shawn and his wife Valerie of Alliston. Sadly missed by six grandchildren, Kevin, Steve, Joe, Anthony, Vanessa and Tyler. Also survived by two brothers, Brian and Rivilyn and two sisters Marjorie White and Zita Lemaire. Lou will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends. Predeceased by four sisters, Annie Jackman, Byrle Bartlett, Muriel Basha and Shirley Snow and one brother Raymond. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home for visiting on Thursday from 2 4 and 7 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary s Catholic Church on Friday, June 21st at 10,00 a.m. Interment in St. Mary s cemetery. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren Jenny, Matthew, Patrick, Steven, Heather, and Simon. Also survived by her brother Tom Neville and his wife Jane of Kingston, and her sister Mary Neville of Pembroke. Predeceased by one brother Harry Neville. Predeceased by a son Cory, a brother Leslie Kirk and a sister Evelyn Rows.
