Quinlan, Jody Susan. 28 years. Suddenly on Friday, February 2, 2001 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus. Late of Windsor. Jody will be sadly missed by her son Bryan Chevalier and his father Ed Chevalier, both of Comber. Beloved daughter of Larry Quinlan, Windsor and wife the late Colleen (1995). Dear sister of Chris and Karen Lambier, Windsor. Dear grandduaghter of Maxine Quinlan, Kingsville and husband the late Steve; Harold Robbins, Windsor and wife the late Grace Maranda. Special aunt of Erik, Amanda and Christopher. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jody will truly be missed by (Nanny) Aunt Nancy Kendrick, and cousins Ron, Justin, and Jana. Jody was an employee of Daimler-Chrysler Canada. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 87 Maidstone Ave. E. Predeceased by sister Esme Twiner (1968). Special sister-in-law of James A. Twiner and wife Muriel, Pickering. Loving aunt of Gay Wiebe and husband Gerhard, Essex; David Twiner, Pickering; Jill Roulston and husband Keith, Blyth; Enid Roberts and husband David, Pickering; Barbara Twiner, Pickering. Cherished great aunt of Natasha Wiebe and husband Joel Trotter, Marina Priestley and husband Glen, Michael Twiner, Cindy Twiner, Christina Dipfer and husband Dan, Jennifer Croft and husband Ian, Craig Roulston, Erin Roulston, Blake and Tara Roberts. Great great aunt of Ethan, Emily and Phoebe. Ruby was formerly from the Toronto area and was a valued employee of Miller Paving Limited, Markham for 30 years. Since 1999 she was a resident of Oak Park Terrace in Windsor. Her varied interests included travel, music, theatre, art, reading and bird watching. Quenneville (nee Lajoie), Rose Marie. 72 years, passed away, Wednesday, March 28, 2001, peacefully at her home, while in the loving care of her family, after a difficult battle with cancer. Formerly of Ruscom, retired to Stoney Point. Best friend and loving wife of 52 years to Robert. Loving mother of three daughters, Pauline and her husband Moe Abboud, Windsor; Elaine Girard, Woodslee; Annette Quenneville-Stacey and husband Rev. Mark Stacey, Beeton, ON. Dear grandmother of Victoria Abboud, Michael and Patrick Girard. Predeceased by her parents Lorina (nee Bellemore) and William Lajoie Sr. Dear sister of Bernadette Byrne and husband the late Clarence, Cecile Rivest and husband Edgar, Paul Lajoie and wife the late Mary Anne, Peter Lajoie and wife Margaret, Joseph Lajoie and wife Gertrude, Walter Lajoie and wife Lena, Harry Lajoie and wife Helen, the late William Lajoie Jr. and wife Nicole. Predeceased by sisters Julia, Monique and Helene Lajoie, Delia Quenneville (late wife of Norman), Edna Dufour and husband the late Gilles. Also survived by Aunt Ida (Lajoie) Blakely and her son, Ralph Blakely, Fort Pierce, FL. Aunt Ida is the last surviving sibling of Damas Lajoie and wife Melvina (nee Dauphinais). At Rose Marie's request, a private funeral mass to celebrate her life was held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Comber, Friday, March 30, 2001. Fr. Dwayne Adam and Rev. Mark Stacey officiated. Interment at St. Joachim cemetery. Rose Marie was a member of the C.W.L for 41 years. Beloved wife of the late Richard 'Dick' Alexander (1997). Dear mother of Douglas and wife Sandy Alexander, Bruce and wife margie Alexander, all of Essex; Vicky and husband Archie VanBelle, Ruthven; Kaye Srigley, Cottam, and son-in-law Don Srigley, Woodslee. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Dorothy Alexander and great grandson Kyle Patterson. Survived by 15 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Merle was an active member of the A.C.W. Trinity Anglican Church for many years.
