Cherished grandmother of Erin and her husband Paul, Doug and his fiance Lisa. Special thanks to the staff at The Davis Centre for their care and kindness over the past years. Beloved husband and friend of Diane Parsons and cherished and devoted father of Christopher and Stephen. Very caring, responsible and loving son of David and Agnes Rowe, London. Dearest brother and best friend of John and Sylvie Rowe, Niagara Falls, Ontario; Jeff and Wendy Rowe, Joel Rowe, Janice and Peter Van Horik, all of London. Adored uncle of Jordan, Colton, Candice, Jonathan, Austin, Erin, Chelsea, Adam, Mason, Justin, Jake, Olivia, Matthew, Ryan and Carly.
