Phyllis L. Hobbs (nee Bennett) - Peacefully, on Saturday November 2, 2002 at the age of 82.

Loving mother of Linda Keenan. Dear sister of Eileen ( Ken ).

Cherished grandmother of Laurie (Jason) and Jennifer (Scott).

Beloved great-grandmother of Amy, Sara and Olivia.

Predeceased by her brother Cecil Bennett.

Fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean, (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.), on Tuesday November 5, from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.

Walter William Jarrett - Peacefully, at Carleton Lodge on Friday November 1, 2002, in his 96th year.

Loving husband of Anne. Predeceased by his first wife Kathleen. Dear father of David (Margaret), and Mary Lou (Wayne Warlick).

Proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survived by his sisters Thelma Jarrett and Ruth Paquette and sister-in-law Audrey Walden of Toronto.

Predeceased by his brother Ed.

Cherished grandmother of Vincent (Tracy), Colleen, Tara, Geoffrey, Kathryn and David.

Martin Vanden Hanenberg - Founder and President, Vanson Construction Ltd.

Peacefully, surrounded by his family and friends on November 2, 2002 in his 73rd year.

He will be missed by his children Petra Sanford (Marc), Terry, Danny (Karen) and Katherine (Steve Horvath) all of the Ottawa area; also by his grandchildren Talia, Lisa, Shawna, Tina, Leslie, Mitchell, Lacey, Aidan and Ryan.

Survived also by his siblings Bill and Casey in Canada and Jan, Mien, and Hein in Holland.

Predeceased by his brothers Bert, Mies and Ben in Holland.

Martin was blessed with the care and support of his companion Adri Laurysen, who with her family shared friendship and laughter with him over the past years.

Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.

Cherished grandfather of Darcy (Bucky), and Sarah. Best friend to Chelsea and Nuggett, shelties and companions.

Predeceased by brother Goldie, sister Connie, sisters-in-law Shirley, Mary and Jane Mohr.
