Peacefully, at Trillium Centre in Kingston on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Donald Childs of Napanee (formerly of Bowmanville) at age 82. Beloved husband of Vera Childs (Hill) and loving father of Don (Janet) of Ottawa; Cynthia Self (Kevin) of Oakville; Bob (Kate) of Napanee and Tim (Bev) of Kingston. Grandfather of Kathleen, Emma, Isabella, Ian, Ben, and Andrew Childs and Russell and Colette Self. Brother of the late Joseph, John, Grace and Mary. A private family service will be held at a later date. In the care of Wannamaker-Tierney Funeral Home, Napanee (613-354-3341). Memorial donations made to the Kingston General Hospital Foundation or the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, May 8, 2011. Earl Delano Smith at age 64. Beloved husband of Monica Smith (nee Corey) and dear father of Shane (Kristy) of Tamworth; Mark Smith (Joel) of Halifax and Sarah Greenwood (Keith) of Wolfe Island. Loving papa of Avery, Ryan and Jayden Smith and Mitchell Greenwood. Brother of Delbert Smith (Helen) of Trenton; Ken (Gayle) of Centreville; Carl (Glenda) of Selby; Betty Storring (Paul) of Centreville; Joan Storring (Eugene Kidd) of Erinsville; Bill of Bowmanville; Jack (Janice); Eric (Linda) of Tamworth; Russell (Estella) of Peterborough; Bonnie Heaseman (Charlie) of Stirling and the late Ralph Smith. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. MASKELL, Doreen
Peacefully, with family by her side at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Doreen lost her battle with cancer. She leaves behind her partner and soul mate Doug Lakins, her loving son Douglas Maskell and his wife Lynne Acri and her grand-daughters Hayley and Adrianna of Caledon East. Survived by her sisters Aileen McGregor (James) of London; Anne Vine; Gwen Maskell (Bryan Marshall) and Grace Maskell of Kingston. Predeceased by her parents Betty and Jim Maskell; her sister Susie Van Alystine and brothers Eugene and James. Graveside service for family and friends will be held at Riverside cemetery , Napanee on Friday, May 27 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Napanee S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family. Peacefully, at the Helen Henderson Care Centre in Amherstview on Sunday, May 1, 2011. John Joseph McDonald formerly of Bath. Son of the late Thomas and Isabelle McDonald. Brother of Patricia McDonald; Bernard McDonald (late Patricia); Patrick McDonald (Mary) and the late Frances; Gertrude; Sr. Irene (Eileen) and Josephine McDonald. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. CUTRONA, Dylan Mackenzie
Born November 6, 1991; died April 27, 2011 peacefully at home. Precious son to Kenda and Dan Cutrona; brother to Taelor, Chantel and Ian; grandson to Reta and (late) Verdon Mutch, and Sarah and Dan Cutrona Sr.; nephew to Kevin and Pam Mutch; Brad Mutch; Nylene and Richard Winter; and cousin to Nathan, Landon and Shelana Mutch. A life of tremendous joy we all were very lucky to have had the privilege of having him in our lives. Thank you, Dylan! Peacefully, surrounded by his family and friends, after a 13-year battle with leukemia. Beloved husband of 38 years to Elizabeth (nee Wannamaker). Loving father of Kyle and Julie Botting; Carolyn Botting and Tim Mclean; Anna and Anders Tamnhed of Udavella, Sweden; and Irene Gr ndahl of Trollh ttan, Sweden. Cherished grandfather of Reid and Evan Botting. Survived by his mother Gladys Botting and siblings Gary and Gail Botting; Gail and Jim O Donnell; Carl and Carole Botting; Cheryl and Tom Calnan; Sheila and Jim Cowie. Predeceased by his father, Henry Botting. Loved by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive guests at the WANNAMAKER-TIERNEY FUNERAL HOME, 123 Dundas Street West Napanee (613-354-3341) on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Keith always wanted everyone to eat, so food will be served throughout visitation. Barbara Montgomery, formerly of Napanee, ON passed away quietly, with her family at her side, Tuesday April 19, 2011 at Longfields Manor, Ottawa at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband, Gerald Frederick Montgomery. Loving Mother of Trudy (Selim Ulug) and dear Grandmother of Kevin. Predeceased by sister Gertrude (Gert) Scarlett and brothers Herb, Clarence, Jack, Harry, Carl, Ernie and Tom. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law Gena Butcher and Thelma Butcher. The family extends their sincere thanks and gratitude to the caring and compassionate staff (Parkview Terrace) and volunteers at Longfields Manor. Peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital, on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Walter Charles Shelley of Adolphustown in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Katherine (nee Robinson). Lovingly remembered by 19 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Survived by brother John of Cherry Valley. Predeceased by sons Bob and Randy, son-in-law Gene Boomhower and great grandson Mitchell Gallagher. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Susan Shelley, and sisters Dorothy and Gwen.
