Peacefully, with family by her side, at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee on Sunday, January 22, 2012. Mildred Helena Oliver of Napanee at age 85. Beloved wife of the late Edgar Oliver. Dear mother of Elvin Oliver (Margaret) of Belleville; Carol Oliver of Napanee and Garry Oliver (Carol) of Uxbridge. Grandmother of Stephanie Guppy (Kevin) of Waterloo; Derrick Oliver (Sara) of Belleville; Miranda Oliver (Jim Bova) of Willow Beach and Alyssa Oliver of Uxbridge. Great-grandmother of Tessa and Parker Guppy. Sister of Marion Pringle (late Jim) of Napanee; Maysil Morgan (Willis) of Roblin; Louise Scott (Jack) of Cloyne; and Lois Cook (Howard) of Newburgh. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee (Wannamaker-Tierney Chapel) 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Friday, January 27 from 10:00 a.m., followed by service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Cremation with spring interment at Riverview Cemetery. Suddenly, at the Kingston General Hospital, on Sunday, January 22, 2012. Helen Patricia Pennell (nee Lawlor) of Napanee at age 80. Beloved wife of Ernie Pennell and dear mother of Glenn Pennell (Jean) of Napanee; Susan Irish (Wayne) of Verona; and Patti Wolfreys (Mark) of Colebrook. Fondly remembered by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Sister of Glenn Lawlor (Corolyn) of Camden East; Fern Smyth (late Tom) of Belleville; Jack Lawlor (Rosie) of Kingston; Leo Lawlor (Betty) of Arnprior; Linda Lee (Bill) of Kingston and the late Lyle Lawlor (Marion). Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Hazel Lawlor. Susan Margaret Wagner (nee Harris) of Napanee, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the age of 52. Beloved wife of Don Wagner and loving mother of Marcia DiFazio (Chris) and Cindy Huyck (Ryan) of Napanee. Grandmother of Aidan and Sarah DiFazio and Shayla and Lauryn Huyck. Sister of Linda French (Al) and Dave Harris of Napanee and Laurie Pitre (Gerry) of Hanmer. Daughter of Leona Harris (Prudom) and pre-deceased by her father Lloyd Harris and her brother Steve Harris. Fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee (Wannamaker-Tierney Chapel) at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Thursday, Jan 19 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Friday, January 20 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Peacefully, at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee on Saturday, January 7, 2012, after a brief illness. Cecilia Margarete Lapierre of Tamworth at age 56. Beloved wife of Don Lapierre and dear mother of Samantha Lapierre of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents Boulevard and Mary Belle Lacombe. Beloved wife of the late Morris Hammond and the late René Lajoie. Dear mother of Brenda Richmond (Danny) of Roblin; Sandra MacLeod (Rodney) of Napanee; Larry Lajoie (Carlene) of Picton; and Dennis Lajoie (Tammy) of Napanee. She will be sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Joe and Palmer, and sisters Bertha, Claudette and Claire. SIDEY, Viola Jean
Jean passed away peacefully on December 31st, 2011 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Murray Sidey. Jean will always be loved and missed by her children Peter, Robert and Christine (John); grand -children Luke, Jenna and Janelle Sidey and Amy and Emily Cleveland. Predeceased by her parents Morley and Viola Gilbert, her brothers Don and Albert, her sisters Ruth Pascoe and Phyllis Thompson. Jean is survived by her brother Ralph (Marg), her brother-in-law Eugene Pascoe and many nieces and nephews. In accordance with our mother’s wishes, a private family burial will take place.
