Suddenly at home on Sunday May 30, 2004 at the age of 58. Linda of Stayner, beloved wife of Ed. Loving mother of Cindy, Melinda, Darlene, Cevan and Crystal. Grandmother of nine. Sister of Robert, Susan, Richard, Kathy and Robert.

Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel Wednesday June 2, 2004 at 1 o'clock.

BURNS, THOMAS A.

Our world was shattered at the sudden loss of one helluva grandfather, father, husband, brother and uncle. Our rock Thomas Burns, born August 3, 1942 was suddenly taken from our world to join his previously deceased parents Albert & Della Burns on May 19, 2004. Tom was the loving husband of Virginia Burns. Dearest father of Wayne Burns, Barb & Greg Munro, Bev Williams, Bonnie Burns and Albert & Christine Burns. Proud grandfather (Gramps, Poppa, Pops) to Samantha, Christopher, Kathryn-ann, Kaye-leigh, Colton, Connor, Chelsea and William. Brother to Edith & Lorne Doan, Joan & Gary Craig and Mary-ann Burns. To many family and friends he was the light that lit the dark and was a man with the kindest heart. To us he is our everything and always will be.

Grandfather of Jaysen and Erin Dickinson and Annalee and her husband Calvin King and Kelly and her fiancé Colin Hamill. Great grandfather of Adam James King. Also survived by his sister Verona Webster. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Tillie and his brother Keith.
