Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Yolande (née Marineau) ; ses enfants : Lucie, Yves et Danielle (Roch Brisson) ; ses petits-enfants : Pascale, Maxime, Alexis et Olivier. Il laisse également sa sœur Rita Legault (Lucien Bériault) ; son frère Ronald Legault (Carmen Mantha), ses nombreux neveux, nièces ainsi que ses bons amis Claude, Gilles, Nicole et Claudette. La famille recevra parents et amis au Salon funéraire Héritage, 2871, boul. St-Joseph, Orléans, le dimanche 25 septembre 2011, de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. Le service religieux aura lieu en l’Église Saint-Joseph, 2757, boul. St-Joseph, Orléans, le lundi 26 septembre 2011 à 10h30. Inhumation au Cimetière Notre-Dame. Frappier, Louise

Passed away peacefully on September 20 at the age of 54. Predeceased by her father Jacques Ouellette, her mother Thérèse Demers and her sister Raymonde (Robert). She leaves her two beloved sons, Phillip Frappier and Robert Frappier. She is survived by her brothers, Jean (Lise), Paul and Denis (Julie). She will also be missed by many aunts and uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church, 435 Montreal Road, Ottawa, on Saturday, September 24th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m.. MacDonald, Donald Ross

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Don after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the age of 79 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Doris MacDonald. Loving step-father of Dan Munroe (Marilyn) and Nancy Evans (David). He will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Danny, Karen and Amy, his great-grandchild Cameron, his sister Evelyn (Gordon), his niece Karen, his nephew Kevin as well as many friends and fellow Lions. He will also be missed by his two cherished pets, Joey and Simon. Passed away at the St. Louis Residence on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Adrien Daoust. Loving mother of Gérald (Monique), Maurice (Yvonne) and Jacques (Pauline). Cherished grandmother of Louise Martin (Jean-Luc), Suzanne D’Aoust-Laidlaw, Daniel (Kim), Caroline Laverdure (Serge), Christian (Stéphanie) and great-grandmother of Benoit, Nicole, Natasha, Kelsey, Stephanie, Megan, Kole and Alexandre. She will be sadly missed by her brother Gérard (Pierrette), her sisters Laurentia C.S.C. and Cécile Guertin (the late René) ; her sisters-in-law Eileen Daoust and Thérèse Daoust, as well as many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her siblings Donat (the late Lorraine), Lucien (the late Viola), Laura Daoust (the late Albert), Lucienne Rousse (the late Georges), Emile (the late Valéda) and Juliette at the age of 5 years. dos Santos, Custódio Francisco

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the age of 78. Custódio was born in São Pedro da Cadeira, Torres Vedras, Portugal, and immigrated to Canada in 1966. Settling in Thunder Bay, Ontario, with his family, he made a significant contribution to the Portuguese and local community as the president of the Portuguese Association and a finishing carpenter for many years. He moved to Ottawa, Ontario, upon retirement. Custódio was predeceased by his beloved wife, Custódia da Conceição Ribeiro, and will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his daughters Lucilia Timler and Alda dos Santos; sons-in-law Paul Timler and Bill Lowthian; grandchildren Derek and Talia Timler, Taylor and Ryan Lowthian; sister Maria Júlia dos Santos Jacinto and extended family and friends. Friends are invited to join his family at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St Joseph Blvd., Orléans, on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 11:30 - 1:30 pm. Originally from Sturgeon Falls, recently from Orléans, ON, suddenly passed away on December 2, 2011, at the age of 82, lovingly surrounded by her family at the Civic Hospital, Ottawa. Will sadly be missed by her loving husband Ben Leblanc of 59 years. Dear mother of Roch (Loralynn) of Dawson City, Darcy (Mimi Tremblay) of Orléans, Roxanne (René Bisson) of Orléans, Michel of Sturgeon Falls and Darquise of Orléans. Loving grandmother of her much adored grandchildren Christian and Patrick Bisson, Andrew, Angèle and Crystal Leblanc. Survived by her sister Hélène (the late Guy Archambault) of Sturgeon Falls. Will be missed by her sister-in-law Olga (the late René Piché, former founder and publisher of the Tribune) of Orléans and her sister-in-law Jeannette (the late Pat Piché) of Kapuskasing. Predeceased by her parents Louis Piché and Églantine Nadon. Will be missed dearly by her cherished friends Mary Jo Tone of Orléans, Marg Shalla of Sturgeon Falls and so many more that loved her so much. Will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Her family was her pride and joy. We will miss your kind heart, your smile, and most of all your sense of humour. Thank you for enriching our lives. We know you will be watching over us. Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 79, with his loving family by his side. Beloved spouse and best friend of Dolorès St. Germain (nee Mailhot). Loving father to Marc and Janet (Alan). Doting grandfather to Christianne and Patrick. Jean will be missed by his brother, Andre (Janine) and his sister, Thérèse (Leo-Paul). Born in St. Angèle-de-Laval, Jean had a long and distinguished career in the Canadian Armed Forces. Jean served on the HMCS Magnificent, Québec, Lanark, Saguenay and Assiniboine. His travels continued with the Canadian Forces in Europe. Upon retirement from the Forces, Jean continued serving the forces with SISIP FS. Jean’s family wishes to thank Dr. Laurie and the nurses and caregivers of the Ottawa General Hospital oncology department. Visitation and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 8 at the Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd. Orleans Ontario. Visitation from 9 to 11. Memorial Service at 11:00. The Rollin family has the regret to inform you of the passing of Josée Rollin - ''TFILLE'' Josée has put her angel wings on, for an eternal sleep at the age of 33 on November 27th, 2011. Without saying goodbye she leaves behind her love Marc Parenteau, her father Richard, her mother Rita Bénard, her sister Manon (Hugo), her sister Valérie (Byron) and her little darling Khalua. She also leaves her grandparents as well many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Penneton, Patricia

On November 10th, Patricia Panneton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, at the age of 71. Pat was married 50 years to her beloved husband Guy and was the mother of two daughters and their families: Jackie and her husband Ed Kus and Louise and her husband John Gilmour and former husband Barry Gurberg. Pat was Grandma to many but most especially her 5 grand-children: Richard, Francis, David, Jessica & Kristine who she loved dearly. Born in Montreal, Québec in 1940, she moved to James Bay from 1978 to 1980 and then to Ottawa in 1994 where she spent many happy years surrounded by her grand-children who cherished her. She most enjoyed her summers at the family cottage in Labelle filled with late nights of playing tiles and afternoons by the dock. As a natural born teacher, she began her career teaching grade 2 on the South Shore of Montreal, shifting to English as a second language soon thereafter. In Ottawa, she was an extraordinary volunteer who spent many hours at Jeanne-Sauvé school with her daughter Jackie helping out. Pat had a heart of gold and was generous to everyone who came across her path. She could always be counted on to lend a helping hand or make you laugh. Special thanks go out to Dr. Coloumbe and Hélène – they are truly angels. Friends are invited to visit at the Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 boul. The Méthot Family regrets to announce the passing of Jean Méthot on October 31. Born in Côteau-du-Lac, son of Germain Méthot and Antonine Léger, he became purchasing agent and joined the CBC in 1972, from which he retired after 25 years. He leaves behind his wife Suzanne Montpetit, his two sons, Jean-François (Solange) and Sylvain as well as his grand-daughters, Patricia and Sarah and their mother Liane, his sister Denise and his brother Pierre-André, his brother-in-law Jean-Guy Montpetit (Pierrette Riverain) and his sister in law, Lili Montpetit (Claude-Aimé Plante), numerous nephews, nieces and friends. The Martin Family announces the peaceful passing of Laurent on Sunday October 30 at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. Laurent died with his devoted wife by his side . Beloved husband of Claudette (née Poulin), he also leaves to mourn his sister Carmen Gauthier (Raymond), his brothers; Robert (Suzanne) and Alfred (Monique) who was also his godson . Laurent and Claudette's godsons, Julien and Alexandre Brazeau, will sadly miss their devoted uncle. Left to mourn are his sisters and brothers in law; Carmen Poulin (Doug), Paulette Duchesne (Raymond), Rita Legault (Wilfrid), Denis Poulin (Lorraine), Roland Poulin(late Carole), Royal Poulin (Nicole), Ronald Poulin(Cécile). He leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews from near and far away as well as many friends and family. Laurent was predeceased by his parents Elzéar and Dora Martin as well as by his six siblings; Edvitha, Jeanne, Alphonse, Marguerite, Hélène and Charles. Proud great-grandmother of: Mathieu, Véronique, Bianca, Philipe, Jean-François, Samuel, Mélina, Jérémy, Benjamin, Vincent and Calixa. Aline is survived by her sisters Raymonde, and Noëlla, by two sisters-in-laws and by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
