Suddenly, on Saturday, December 20, 2014. Beloved husband of Sandi Weinman. Loving father and father-in-law of Jason and Sara, Ryan and Louise, Fabrizio Barba and the late Melanie Myrans. Cherished grandfather of Spencer and Tyler; Connor; Tania, Alexandra, Blake and the late Brandon. Sadly mourned by Sandi’s children, Bryan Steinberg, Lawrence and Grace Sztenberg, Justin and Matthew Sztenberg. Special friend of Lennie Wittenberg. RUTHEN, Ann. Peacefully, on Monday, December 22, 2014. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Bonnie and Michael Mendel. Daughter of the late Frances and the late Louis Ruthen. Ann will be remembered as a wonderful and loving aunt to her two nephews, Bryant and David Mendel, with whom she shared many special times and great memories. She was a woman of many passions including education, music, and a great love of animals. Heartfelt thanks to her friends and family for their love and support. The family would like to thank Dr. Victor Cohen and the staff of the Jewish General Hospital. Special thanks to her caregivers Pearlene, Myrna, Erica, and Clmcsa who cared for her so kindly over the past few months. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Dora and Saul Edelstein, Selik Shainfarber and Evelyn Cooperstein. Cherished ‘Bubbie Rywka’ of Mark Edelstein and Wendy Nadler, Jeff Edelstein and Dana Cape, Jason Edelstein and Ashley Otto Edelstein; Zoe Szajnfarber and David Orange, Raffi Szajnfarber and fiancée Adele Budiansky. Proud great-grandmother of Megan, and Evan; Justin, and Paige; Coby, and Riley Edelstein. Predeceased by her parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Dear sister-in-law of Angie and the late Hersz Szajnfarber, the late Chaya and the late Avrum Majerfeld, the late Brucha and the late Louis Rozanski. Son of the late William and the late Bertha Sugar. Brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Caron, and Murray and Elizabeth Sugar; and brother-in-law of Ronald and Joyce Wiseman. Steve will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. STENZLER, Jeannie (nee Matin). Peacefully, at the Jewish General Hospital on Friday, December 19, 2014, at age of eighty. She was born in Montreal, the second of three children. Devoted Wife of the late Fred Stenzler. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Max and Edita, Farley, Rhonda and Howard. Proud grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her older sister, Esther. Predeceased by her younger brother Louis. Loving sister-in-law of Celia, Harvey, and Ida. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and their children. Jeannie had many loyal and caring family members and friends. Above all, Jeannie loved her extended family; in return, she was loved by them. She will not be forgotten.

ADLER, Miklos (Mike). Peacefully in his ninety-third year, on Friday, December 19, 2014. Beloved husband of Rozsa Jakabovits.
