HULL The death of Mary Helene Hull occurred on Thursday, January 14, 1999 in Saskatoon. At Mary's request there will be no visitation or service. A small graveside service will be held at the Tummel Deer Park Cemetery in Roblin, MB at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to SASKATOON FUNERAL HOME.

LESLIE The death of Victor Allan Leslie aged 77 years occurred at the Watrous Hospital on Wednesday, January 13, 1999. The Memorial Service will be held in Watrous United Church, Watrous, SK on Monday, January 18 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Leslie family plot Watrous cemetery. For those so wishing donations to the Palliative Care Unit Watrous Hospital would be appreciated. FOTHERINGHAM-MCDOUGALL Watrous and Nokomis in care of arrangements.

MAGILL The passing of Mrs. Margaret Ellen Magill, age 90 years of Parkdale Place, Summerland, BC, occurred at her residence on Wednesday, January 6, 1999. The late Mrs. Magill was born in Saskatoon, SK on January 3, 1909. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Magill in 1996; her first husband, Harry Corrins in 1974; her parents, Jim and Mary Fenty; one sister, Elizabeth; and by four brothers, Jim, Ken, Bill and George. Cremation. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, January 15, 1999 at 2:30 p.m. conducted by Rev. Charles MacNutt from Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Avenue North. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Parkdale Place, Box 429, Summerland, BC, V0H 1Z0. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greg Lalach of PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 244-2103.

QUIRING The death of Audrey Leona Quiring (Morgan) of Saskatoon, formerly of Lucky Lake, SK occurred on Tuesday, January 12, 1999. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. from Westwood Funeral Home, 1402 - 20th Street West, conducted by Rev. Carlton Miller. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. She is survived by sons, Ronald (Mavis) Ottawa, ON, Steve (Carol) Edmonton, AB; and daughters, Dolores (Bob) Strelioff, Saskatoon, SK, and Sandra (Mel) Breunig, Provost, AB; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Doris (Earl) Brown and Shirley (Aubrey) Cook. Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Ben; her parents, Al and Abbie Morgan; and two sisters, Mabel and Wilma. Audrey was born March 26, 1915 near Lucky Lake, SK. She grew up on a farm near Lucky Lake and attended school there. She married Ben Quiring in 1933 and they farmed in the Lucky Lake district until retiring to Saskatoon. Audrey was active in the Vera-Lynette Auxiliary and taught 4-H. She enjoyed her travels with her sister and friends, and in later years, she liked playing bingo for entertainment. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Audrey may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 438 2nd Ave. North, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 2C3. Funeral arrangements entrusted to WESTWOOD FUNERAL HOME.

RUCHOTZKE The death of Leona Ruchotzke, age 88 years, of Goodwill Manor, Duck Lake occurred on January 13, 1999. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 17, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Rosthern conducted by Pastor Wayne Blize. Mrs. Ruchotzke is survived by two sons, James (Elaine) of Hague, Charles (Helen) of Regina; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; and one sister, Opal Shipway, McDowall, SK. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward in 1993; her parents, Charles and Cora Halstead; one great grandchild, Jonathan; three sisters and two brothers. Interment will take place in the Rosthern Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of FUNK'S FUNERAL HOME, Rosthern.

SOUTHAM The death of Evelyn Elizabeth Southam age 92 years of Saskatoon, SK occurred at her residence at the Lutheran Sunset Home on Wednesday, January 13, 1999. The Funeral Service will be held at the chapel of the Saskatoon Funeral Home (courtesy parking south of the chapel on 4th Ave. N. at 25th St. Please us 25th St. entrance) on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Dale Olsen. Evelyn is survived by three daughters, Joy (Elgen) Norrish of Outlook, SK, Shirley Aaro of Saskatoon and Joan (Ken) Holmlund of Outlook, SK; three sons, Jack (Ruth), Alvin (Alice) and Don (Carol) all of Saskatoon; twenty grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Martha Fiske of Outlook, SK. She was predeceased by her husband, John in 1980; two brothers, Ivan and Fred, and her son-in-law, Hubert. Interment will take place at a later date in Loreburn, SK. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Special Needs Unit, Lutheran Sunset Home, 1212 Olser, Saskatoon, SK or to the Loreburn Cemetery Fund, Loreburn, SK or to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the SASKATOON FUNERAL HOME.

STUCHENKO George passed away at the age of 84 years at Lutheran Sunset Home on Wednesday, January 13, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son, Lorne; and two sisters. He was predeceased by his parents; one brother and three sisters. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 10:30 a.m. from Fairmont Baptist Church, 333 Fairmont Drive. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Steve Skoworodko. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kenneth J. Scheirich of PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 244-2103.

SUPPES Samuel Suppes went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 1999 at St. Paul's Hospital after a brief illness. Surviving are his beloved wife, Lydia of Saskatoon; sons, Ken (Georgina) of White Rock, BC, Clarence (Norma) of Saskatoon, Dave (Judy) Boone of Saskatoon; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. from the First Evangelical Church, 2216 Preston Avenue, Saskatoon with Pastor John Harrison officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Gideons Bible Society, The First Evangelical Church or St. Paul's Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME, Warman, SK (934-4888).

WALTON The passing of Mr. Maurice Derlin Walton, age 74 years, of Saskatoon, occurred at his residence on Wednesday, December 30, 1998. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. N. Stewart Dingwall from Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Avenue North. Surviving are his sister, Sylvia (Wilfred) Watson of Saskatoon; nephew Barry Watson of Saskatoon; nieces, Maureen (John) Bain of North Battleford, SK, and Sheila Brost of Lloydminster. He was predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Walton, and his sister Mary McCready of Port Hope, ON. The late Maurice Walton was born October 30, 1924. He served with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1943 to 1946 and then he worked for twenty years at Modern Office Equipment. Cremation. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wade Tuba of PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 244-2103.

WILLNESS David Severin. September 26, 1913 - January 13, 1999. David is lovingly remembered by his wife, Florence; children Judy (Peter) Slinn, Lorence (Lorraine) Willness; Joan (Rick) Yano; grandchildren, Brian Slinn, Lisa Nordale, Trona Wall, Lana Richardson, Clay Willness, Carla Garvie, Lauren Willness, Bart Garvie, Ross Willness and great grandchildren Nick and Sam Nordale and Serina and Sparrow Wall. David was born in Milden, North Dakota, and moved as an infant to the Cabri area with his family of two sisters and six brothers. He farmed in the area until 1952 when he moved to Saskatoon, farming at Conquest for several years. He became the farm manager of the Chilco Ranch near Williams Lake, British Columbia where he worked with his brother-in-law John Minor from 1961 - 1963. He than bought a farm at Mildred, SK near Spiritwood, where he farmed and ranched until retiring in the early 1980's. He was predeceased by his first wife Doris Krismer and two children Dorne and Trona. A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday January 16, 1999 at the Chapel of the Saskatoon Funeral Home.
