- suddenly at Orillia, on Friday, May 2, 2003; in his 66th year. Bev Gill, of Orillia, beloved companion of June Leatherdale and her children, Clarke Leatherdale and Adrienne Theed. Dearly loved father of Jennifer Goddard and husband Don, David and wife Lynn, all of Orillia. Devoted grandfather of David, Megan, Evelyn, and Ellery. Predeceased by parents Guy and Marion Gill formerly of Orillia. Dear brother of Sandra Crawford and husband Bruce of Oro Station, Ralph and wife Helen, both predeceased. Uncle Bev will be lovingly remembered by nieces Lianne and Lisa, and nephews Guy, Andy, and Gill. The late Mr. Bev Gill will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, from 2to 4 and 7 to 9 PM Tuesday. Then to St James' Anglican Church, Peter and Coldwater Streets, Orillia, for funeral service on Wednesday afternoon, May 7th, at 1 o'clock. Interment St. Andrew's - St. James' cemetery , Orillia. GOLDUP, BARBARA MARGARET passed away quietly and peacefully in the presence of family at Soldier's Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Saturday, May 3rd, 2003, in her 55th year. Barbara Goldup of Brechin, loving daughter of Hank and the late Margaret Goldup. Dear sister of Ted, Caroline, Donna, Glenn, Paul, Susan, Tracey and their families. Loving mother of Jacob & wife Jacqueline of Calgary, Walter & wife Deborah of Orillia and Peter & wife Eva of Saskatoon. Proud grandmother of Phillip & Christopher; Steven & Laura; Tara & Natasha. Loving father of Darlene, Susan, David, Michael, Robin, Cathy, Grace and their spouses. Devoted grandfather of many. Survived by brothers Bert, George, David, and their spouses. Dear brother-in-law of Betty Anne Enright. Predeceased by brother Johnny and sister Marion. Alex Wilson, of Orillia, beloved husband of the late Jeanette A. Gray/Thomson and the late Kathleen I. Nesbitt. Loving father of Linda Burke and husband Terry of Lakefield, Donald and wife Huguette of Oakville, Pauline Ann of Toronto, Robert Malcolm and wife Judy of London, and stepsons Jamie Thomson and wife Carolyn of Brampton, Court Thomson of Toronto, and Mark Thomson of Orillia. Dear grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Brother of Dr. Laurence Wilson and wife Mary of Kingston. Alex was a member of the Orillia Presbyterian Church (St. Andrew's), Orillia Shrine Club, and Champlain Golden 'K' Club. He served many years as director, officer, and member of many local and national service and business organizations. He was Orillia's Citizen of the Year in 1967 and was awarded the Dominion of Canada Centennial Medal and the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada. Cremation will be followed by a memorial funeral service to be held at the Orillia Presbyterian Church (St. Andrew's), corner of Peter and Neywash Streets, Orillia, on Friday afternoon, May 9th, at 1 o'clock.
