Lamontagne, Jean-Guy

passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the age of 72 years. Father of Norman Lamontagne (Sylvie Thibodeau) of Cowansville, QC, Susan Gagné (Bernard Gagné) of Montréal, QC and Janine Beaulne (Gregg Ouimet). Grandfather of Nathan, Krista, Alexandre, Jean-François and Philippe. Brother of Gaston Lamontagne and the late Pierre Lamontagne, and uncle of Réjean, Réal, Michel and Daniel. Funeral Service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd., Orléans, on Wednesday, Sept. 9 . The time of the service has been move up from 12 p.m. to 11 a.m. If desired, donations in memory of Jean-Guy to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Gravelle, Roland "Rolly" Joseph

Of Ottawa, Ontario, on Saturday, July 11th, 2009, Rolly passed away peacefully at the age of 79 at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa Ontario. He joins the love of his life, his late wife of 58 years, Kathleen Munroe. He was a cherished father and friend to Adele Chenier (Dan) and a loving grandfather to Eric (Kristeen Ward) and Chloe Bouffard (Kevin). He will be missed beyond words by his family, and forever kept close to their hearts. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Helen Gravelle and Juliette Viau (Romeo), his brother Cam (Shirley), his sister-in law Shirley Lawson (Donald) of Halifax and by many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered by many close friends and neighbours who knew him as a loyal and dependable friend. He was the son of the late Telmon Gravelle and the late Evelyne Ladouceur, both of Ottawa. He was predeceased by 3 siblings: Jeanette, Roger (Florence), and Emile. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Montfort Hospital Emergency and 5th floor staff for their care and compassion. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 17th, 2009 in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be welcome. Charbonneau, Phil

Tragically passed away on Saturday, July 4th, 2009 at the age of 35 years. He adored and was much loved by his partner, Jessica Monette and his daughters, Jamie and Taylor Bogden. Dear son of Bruce Ryan (Helenis) and Pauline Charbonneau. He will be fondly remembered by BJ Bogden, his family and many more friends as a good-humoured teaser with a big heart who loved motorcycles, fishing and his family above all. Visitation with the family from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, July 10th, at Heritage Funeral Home in Orleans followed at 3:00 pm by a Celebration of his life at Rock'N RJ's, 1587 Laurier, Rockland ON . passed away on Friday, June 26th at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Simon Gorayeb. Cherished grandmother of Jean-François, Mireille-France (Bruno Lepage), Marc-André (Anna Fleming) and Philippe (Andrea Massey) and great-grandmother of Éli and Ian Blanchard. She will be sadly missed by her brothers, Fernand and Yvon, as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4th, 2009 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his beloved wife Béatrice (nee Caillé) and his daughter Lucille. Loving father of Jean (Hélène), Marguerite Dorion (Tim Bouwhuis), Carole (Dupuis) Monette (Thomas) and Francine Macdonald (David C.). Cherished grandfather of Pierre (Tanya), Geneviève and Marc Dorion; Christian Monette; Catherine Dupuis; Michelle and David J. Macdonald. Great-grandfather of Vanessa and Antoine Dorion. Dear brother of Béatrice Trépanier, André, Simone Spence, Monique Heasman, Françoise Létourneau, Claire and Marcelle Flahr. Predeceased by four brothers and three sisters. Philippe is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. After his military service, he worked at Bélisle Automobiles and as manager of the Caisse Populaire Montfort. He was a founding member of St-Louis-Marie-de-Montfort Parish, Caisse Populaire Montfort and Place Beauséjour. The family would like to thank the staff of CSLD Montfort for the great care given to our father. Granger, Nancy Lynn

It is with great sorrow that, after her long journey with cancer, we announce the passing of Nancy Granger (nee Lamoureux) at the age of 52. She was the most adored wife and best friend of John Granger. The most beloved mother to her two children, Joey Granger (Charlene) and Lyndsay Doyle (Ryan). A devoted daughter to her most cherished parents, Thelma Lamoureux and the late Lucien Lamoureux. Nancy was a constant source of friendship and love to her only sister Susan Ladaroute (Joël). Nancy is survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and colleagues. Nancy will be greatly missed by her best friends Joan Farrell and Susan Pugh. Nancy had many long-standing, wonderful friends who were so deeply important to her. She will be missed for her wonderful spirit, her intense connection with life, family and friends. In body Nancy is gone to us now but spirit she will remain and be loved by us all forever. Special thank you to Dr. Smythe and Dr. Ginny Jarvis of the Ottawa Hospital, Palliative Care Dr. Coulombe, Christine and all the wonderful support workers from Carefor and also to the senior management and staff at Speedy Glass. passed away peacefully at the St. Louis Residence after a long illness, on Monday, May 11th, 2009 at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Jacqueline Forest (nee Lacombe). He will be sadly missed by his siblings ; Evelyne Michel (the late Antoine), Noëlla Vincent (Rhéal), Lucille Gallien (the late Alban), Joseph (the late Jeannette), Normand (Marie-Paule) and Agnès Noël (Léonard), as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Son of the late Albert Gagné and the late Marguerite Côté and husband of the late Georgette Sicard; his children Ginette (Louis Paiement) and Andrée (David Poirier); his grandchildren: Dominique (Simon Forget), Catherine, Mariève et Pascale. Claude will be sadly missed by his wife in second marriage, Rollande Raymond; her children Diane Patterson, Suzanne Savoie, Hélène Lévesque, Marc Lévesque and Lisa MacLeod, as well as their spouses and children. He will also be missed by five brothers, six sisters, their spouses and many nephews, nieces and friends. Robinson, Madeleine
(née Labelle)

passed away peacefully, with dignity in her residence on the 21st April 2009 in the presence of her beloved husband of 48 years, Robert, their children and family members.Preceded by her parents, Edgar Labelle and Carmel Brunette, her brother Paul (Murielle Rochon) and her sister Gisele. She leaves to mourn her, four children: Daniel (Rachelle Papillon) of Gatineau, Lise (Jean-Francois Boisclair) of Orleans, Christine (friend Denis Potvin) of Orleans, Liliane of Ottawa, 9 grand-children, 1 great-grandson, her sisters Liliane (Fred Sharpe), Helene (Peter Cray), Richard (Joyce McDonald), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and a great number of nephews and nieces, friend. Madeleine and her husband were proud lay associate members of the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa. During her life, Madeleine worked as a Registered Nurse’s Aid at Island Lodge Seniors Residence in the mid 60’s, and some 30 years in day-care for the RMOC in many locations across the city of Ottawa, including 11 years as a home day-care visitor. She was instrumental in opening the first French speaking day care in Vanier (Jardinière Tournesol) as well as the first daycare for children with special needs. She has been a volunteer at Residence Saint Louis as a member of the spiritual support group and was part-time sacristan. She has been a volunteer at the Patro in the 60s, Centre Champlain, Island Lodge. Ottawa Chapter Muscular Dystrophy. She has been an active member of the French sector of these movements: Cursillo, Challenge/Core, Les Colombes. The family wishes to express their utmost appreciation for the special care by Dr. Louise Coulombe and her team as well as the nursing staff of Elizabeth Bruyere Palliative Care Unit where she resided for the month of January. The funeral services are under the care of Maison Heritage, St. Joseph blvd, Orleans.. At the request of Madeleine there will be no visitation at the funeral home. The family will accept condolences at the Church at 10 am followed by the religious service at the St.Joseph church, 2757 St. Joseph Blvd, Orleans at 11:00 am on Friday April 24th 2009, followed by cremation. The burial will be at Notre-Dame cemetery in Gatineau (Hull) at a time and date yet to be determined.Donations may be made to the Spiritual Support Services, St. Louis Residence or to the Elizabeth Bruyère Palliative Care CentreDonations and condolences may be made to www.heritagefh.ca.
