Flewwelling, Betty Lois. (nee Hunt-Elliott). Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Wednesday July 23, 2003. Age 74. Beloved wife of the late Harold Flewwelling. Loving mother of David (Joanne) of King City, Robert (Rhonda) of Kitchener, Darrell ( Nancy ) of Holland Landing, Darlene O Link (Dave) of Barrie and John of Barrie. Dear grandmother of Jim, Marlo, Michael, Brandon, Bryan, Mandy, Chris, Allen, Vicki, Teala, and Mikkel. Great grandmother of Logan, Taylor, Emily, and Tyrell. Dear sister of Robert Elliott (Cecile) of Wasaga Beach. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home (Clapperton and Worsley St. ), Barrie on Friday July 25th from 2:00pm. Service in the chapel on Friday at 3:00pm. Cremation. Memorial donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.

FORBES-CLARK, Ruth passed away with courage and peace in Barrie, Ontario, on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2003, in her 67th year. Beloved wife of the late Gary Clark. Loving mother of Mike Laycock and his wife Susan of Barrie, and Glen Laycock of Toronto. Grandmother to Colin and Aaron Laycock. Survived by her sister Vera Forbes, brother Harry Forbes, and predeceased by sister Doris. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, Yonge Street and Minet s Point Road, Barrie, on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until time of complete service in the chapel on Sunday, April 6th at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

Fern Gauthier of Barrie in his 68th year, beloved husband of Joan. Loving father of Brad and his wife Tracy and Kevin and his wife Cheryl all of Barrie. Proud Papa Fern to Claudia. Fondly remembered by Liette and Ashley of Sudbury. Dear brother of Pauline Proulx and her husband Aurel Richer of Wahnapitae, Rae Hopkins of Barrie, Madeleine Amyotte and her husband Don of Windsor, Denise Amyotte and her husband Tony, Rolland Gauthier, Suzanne Gauthier, Roberta Cunningham and her husband Deiter and sister-in-law Adele all of Sudbury. Predeceased by Roger & Gilbert. Special friend to Scarlett. Will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Fern s family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Critical Care Unit for their care and support. Dear father of Patricia and her husband William Schwass of Wasaga Beach, Carolyn Elizabeth and her husband Fred Knetsch of Shelbourne, Gale Louise and her husband Bill Reynolds of Keswick, Walter James Griffiths and his wife Kateseen of Kentucky and Pamela Tena and her husband Gary Symak of Barrie. Dear grandfather of 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Dear brother of Anne Dunn of Buffalo and predeceased by sister Janet Haiste and brother Joe Chowinski. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, Clapperton and Worsley St., Barrie on Friday from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. Service in the chapel on Saturday, March 29 at 11:00am. Loved mother of Joan and her husband Bob Borden of Orangeville and Mary Urry of Barrie. Loving grandmother of Chris (Barb) Borden, Tim (Karen) Borden, Neil (Muriel) Urry, David (Amy) Urry, Scott (Filomena) Urry and great grandmother of Alexis and Casey. Dear sister of Edith de le Haye of B.C. and predeceased by 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home, Clapperton and Worsley Streets, Barrie on Monday 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 170 Steel Street, Barrie on Tuesday July 22nd at 2:00 p.m. followed by cremation. If so desired, memorial donations to World Vision Canada or Westminster Presbyterian Church, Barrie would be appreciated.

GIFFEN, Aubrey Newman. Aubrey Newman Giffen passed away Saturday May 3, 2003 peacefully at his home in Minesing in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Dorothy (Ingram) for 58 years. Fond memories he has left with his 6 children ; Robert (Cornelia), Warren (Pat), Earl (Joyce), all of Minesing, Anne Arksey (Mike) of Midhurst, Connie Brown (Scott) of Dalston, and Dale (Debbie) Giffen of Minesing. Close brother of Donald (Grenfel), Arthur (Stayner), and Gordon ( Barrie ). Aubrey greatly enjoyed the time he spent with 19 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home (Clapperton and Worsley Streets), Barrie on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service in the chapel on Tuesday May 6th at 1:00 p.m. Interment Minesing Union cemetery. The family wishes to give special thanks to Dr. Peter Moran for his care and support, Dr. Iocca and his nursing staff, Tracey Embury and the nurses at R.V.H., Debra from CCA, Aunt Ruth , Debbie Giffen and all their wonderful neighbours of Edenvale and Minesing. HARRIS, (Kelley) Colleen Anne (July 21st, 1946 to June 15th, 2003) Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Sunday June 15, 2003. Colleen was the joyous daughter of Eleanor and the late Harry Kelley (1990) of Barrie. Much loved sister of Kelley (Marie) and her husband Patrick Cluskey of Scarborough, (James) Shan Kelley and his wife Alma of Ajax, Patricia (Kelley) Noble of Barrie and Rick Noble of Barrie, Susanna Kelley and her husband John Tuzyk of Scarborough. Dearly loved aunt of Jake and Craig Noble, Brendan and Mariah Kelley, Ryan, Kelley-Kate, Dylan and Callyssa Tuzyk. In her long battle with Multiple Sclerosis, Colleen never lost her sense of humour. Her happy, optimistic personality brought daily sunshine into the lives of those she met. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home (Clapperton and Worsley Streets), Barrie on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Mary s Church, Barrie on Tuesday June 17 at 10:00 a.m. followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society (Patient Services) would be appreciated.
