The many people whose lives were touched by Pauline Aldridge will be saddened to learn that she passed away Sunday evening, December 12, 2004, at the Mission Memorial Hospital.
Her husband Bill was with her and holding her hand as she died. She is now in the hands of God.
She is survived by her husband Bill, son Philip and his family.
Funeral services will be held at Mission Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St., Mission, Thursday, December 16, 2:00 pm
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cander Society would be appreciated.

Passed away December 9, 2004 at age 60, after a two year battle with cancer.
Ron was born in Mission, where he lived for 38 years of his life, then moved to Deka Lake until 1998 and then on to Chetwynd.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Barb; son Chris (Trudy); daughter Wendy (Byron); grandchildren Sandrena, Rodney, Caitlynn and Chrissy; sister Shari (Mike); brothers Randy (Lynn), Dean (Melanie); long time friend Abe Schroeder, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
He was predeceased by parents Ernie and Gwen and brother Reg.

Wednesday, December 8, 2004, Shayana Watkinssen (formerly Sharon Klenk), passed away peacefully at the age of 48. Shayana’s last month was spent between the Vernon hospital and her home in Cherryville, where she struggled with a congestive heart condition.
Having lived in many different locations throughout B.C., it was Cherryville that she considered home. Shayana found peace and contentment living her dream on her hobby farm with her family and many animals.
Shayana is survived by her caring and loving husband Tom, daughter Rio, son Colin, grandson Ezekkiell, parents Carl and Iris Klenk, siblings Carla (Dana McKamey), Wendy (Pat McCormick), Brian Klenk (Karen), Denise Klenk, Lori (Ron Veres), her niece and many nephews.
A Celebration of Shayana’s life was held on December 11th, 2004 in Cherryville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ICU/Cardiac Care Unit, c/o Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation, 2101 – 32 St., Vernon, B.C., V1T 5L2, to honour Shayana’s memory, would be gratefully accepted.

Thomas Cloke of Vancouver, B.C., passed away November 26, 2004 in Delta, B.C. after a brief illness.
Tom was predeceased by his parents, John and Laura; brothers, John (Jack), Bill and his first wife Jean. He is survived by his sister Marjory; wife Lillian (Krivoshein) Cloke and her son Gary (Helen); daughter Ann (Gary) of Ottawa; twins, Allan (Vickie) Surrey and Lynn (Reg) of Delta; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Tom’s formative years were spent in Anyox, B.C. where he obtained his education and trade of carpenter/pattern maker. At the close of the operation at Anyox, Tom worked at door and sash manufacturing operations in Victoria, B.C. and eventually obtained work at Grandby Mining and Smelting at Trail, B.C. Upon the reopening of the copper mine in Princeton, B.C., Tom was transferred to Allenby, B.C. to run the carpenter and pattern making shop. At the closing of Copper Mountain, Tom was involved in moving houses from Copper Mountain townsight to Grandby Mining property holdings in Hope, Princeton and Keremeos, B.C. Grandby Mining at that time was putting two small mines in operations at Greenwood and Hope, B.C. Tom was very involved in the construction of these two operations. Grandby Mining future operations led to Tom’s relocation to their Jedway Iron Ore location on the Queen Charlotte Islands. In 1965 Tom was again relocated to Grandby’s copper operation on Babine Lake at Granisle, B.C. Tom retired from Grandby Mining in 1970, nearing 70 years of age. Tom built a summer home on Babine Lake, near Granisle, B.C. where he enjoyed his summers fishing and gardening with his family and wife Lillian. His love for golf kept him busy during the winter, spring and fall at his and Lill’s home in Abbotsford, B.C. Tom led a very active lifestyle in duck, goose, bird and big game hunting. He will continue with his golf an fishing on the big golf course by a large lake in the sky.
Special thanks to Dr. M. Negraeff, Dr. B. Ohori and nurses, at Delta Hospital, for their special care.
A celebration of Tom’s life was held at the Delta Funeral Home at 5329 Ladner Trunk Rd., Ladner, B.C. on Friday, December 3 at 2:30 pm.
No flowers by request. Tom’s charity of choice was cancer research.

WIENS, Dennis Charles - Monday, 06 Dec 2004
Dennis Charles Wiens was born January 2, 1951 in Chilliwack, attending school in Chilliwack and Whitehorse, Yukon.
Dennis owned and operated a Dairyland Home Delivery Service serving the Vancouver area. Dennis was a road captain for the Christian Motorcyclists Association and touched many lives. Dennis loved fly fishing and family camping trips. Dennis went to be with Jesus December 6, 2004, but will always be in our hearts.
Dennis was predeceased by a brother Gordy, sister Beverly and wife Evelyn. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Lianne; sons Shawn, Sheldon, Darren, Robert, Jesse, Tuomo and Eric; brothers Rod and Rick; sister Sandi Thibodeau; mother Lydia Wiens and father Charles Wiens.

Hayward, Elmer Steve born June 27, 1922 in Princeton, B.C. currently residing in Abbotsford passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer.
Elmer will be loved and remembered by Emily, his daughter Valayn (Mark); sister Whyonia (Dick) of Richmnd; brother Chuck (Ramona) Hayward of Chilliwack; grandchildren John, Greg, Jeff, Theresa, George, Jason, Brian, Shawn and Norman; many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Catherine and Carl and older brother Alvin (Ina) Hayward. Elmer loved his squaredancing, travelling to many towns to call at Jamborees. A cowboy at heart and a railroader after returning from active duty from the 2nd World War in 1946.

Barbara "Barrie" Taylor (nee Naylor), passed away on July 10, 2003 at the age of 76 in Abbotsford. She was born in New Westminster, B.C.
She was predeceased by her husband David Taylor and sister Dorothy Smith.
She is survived by her loving family; daughters Gail (Roy) McLeod and Lynn (Heinz) Dryborough, sons Ken (Karen) Usher, Ted (Angela) Usher and Scott (Kim) Usher. Will also be missed by 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson and many friends and relatives.
Barrie was a member of the CWAC as a Corporal.
A Celebration of Barrie's life will be held on Friday, July 18, 2003 at 1:30 p. m. at Henderson's Funeral Home at 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.

Vera Agneta Lonneberg (Jensen) went to be with Jesus, July 10, 2003 at age of 76. She was predeceased by her Dad Aage Jensen, Mother Gerda and brother Harry.
She will be remembered by her husband Laurie, daughter Laurel (Evan) Penner, their children Diane and Joshua. Her brother Robert (Barbara) Jensen.
Vera will also be remembered by Laurie's family, Lyle, Russell (Eileen), Al (Norma), sister Clarine Demchuck, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, as well as family and friends in Denmark.
Vera will be missed by the many friends that she made wherever she went. She was a person that could talk to everybody and had a concern for everyone's well being. All who knew her are blessed in knowing that she does not have to suffer anymore.
A Memorial Service will be Thursday, July 24th at 2 p. m. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 7th Ave., Mission.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Jack Henry Davies. He passed away peacefully on July 9, 2003 at age 71 years.
Jack will always be remembered by his wife Gerda, son Rod, daughter Sandra (Lee) and stepson Michael. Funeral Services were held at the Olivet Mennonite Church on July 13, 2003.
Predeceased by his parents, sister Tina Martens, son-in-law Bob Schapansky. Leaves to mourn his wife Clara, brother Peter (Eliz), daughters Margaret Schapansky, Elsie, Kathy Stauffer, son John (Karen), 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
His work on earth has ended after many years of serving the Lord. His greatest wish and desire was that we all would meet again "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder. "
