Mr. Jean (Johnny) Paradis
Peacefully, after a lengthy illness on Thursday, March 27, 2008, Jean Paradis passed away at the age of 75 years at the St. Boniface Hospital.
He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Irène (née Lajoie), his daughters, Lynne (Rockie) and Michelle (Magel), grandchildren, Mélanie, Stéphane and Sara.
He also leaves behind his sister Céline, his twin sister Jeannine (Marcel), and his brothers, Normand (Irene), René (Eva), Gabriel (Sharon) and Lionel.

The family would like to thank the St. Boniface Hospital 5B staff for the excellent care that Jean received.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1st, at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 135 John Forsyth Road.
Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodière Blvd.

In the later years he also added to his family, his son-in-law Colin, and daughter-in-law Megan.
Angela gave him two beautiful grandchildren Shawn and Leah, Jayme and Colin gave him another small miracle Logan.
Buddy’s passion was tinkering in his garage, yard work and most of all going to the Lake with his family, sitting around the fire with a good glass of rye and laughing together.
He was a passionate, loving husband, an idolized incredible father and a fun filled grandfather who was always filled with unconditional love.
He was known for his unique sense of humor and his zest for life.
He was loved by all and will be deeply missed by family and friends.
