ANNE UNGER
Anne Unger (nee Fehr) of Minnedosa, Manitoba passed away in her home on October 26th, 2011 at the age of 76 years. Anne was born in Dauphin, Manitoba on April 27th, 1935 to the late David and Annie Fehr. She was the eldest daughter of thirteen siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are: her sons Larry (Naoimi) Unger of Mafeking, Manitoba, Jim (Noella) Unger of Mafeking, Manitoba and Wes Unger of Sundrie, Alberta; brothers Abe (Agatha) of Steinbach, Manitoba, Deidrich of Winnipag, Manitoba, Lawrence (Gloria) of Minnedosa, Manitoba, Les (MaryEllen) of Grunthal, Manitoba, Leonard of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Norman (Kim) of Mitchell, Manitoba; sisters Margaret (Oddmund) Sardahl of Calgary and Alberta, Rose (Jacob) of Steinbach, Manitoba. She also leaves six grandchildren, eight great-grand children, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and many close friends.
Anne was predeceased by: her parents David and Annie Fehr; brothers David and Joseph; sisters Elma and Dorothy and a granddaughter Lindsay.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 1st, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall #93, Mafeking, Manitoba.

Marc Nadeau, 54, of Steinbach, MB passed away at Bethesda Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2011.
Prayers will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Sunday, October 30 at 7:00 p.m. The memorial service will be held Monday, October 31, 2011 at the St. Joachim Roman Catholic in La Broquerie.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Huguette Monique Legal on October 22, 2011 at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Manitoba, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Marie was born in Fisher Branch, Manitoba, to parents Marie-Anne (née Morin) and Conrad Bouvier. She will always be remembered for her gentle kindness by her husband Raymond of 55 years, daughters Mireille (Jean-Pierre) and Renée (Bala); sons Gilles (Irène), Marcel (Nicole), Émile, and Ronald (Kim); nine grandchildren (Danielle, Natalie, Nicholas, Amanda, Évan, Sabrina, Camille, Matthew and Dominique); four great-grandchildren (Mila, Ava, Xavier and Mya); brother Louis and sisters Huguette and Myriam. Marie was predeceased by baby Joseph, parents Conrad and Marie-Anne, and brother Léopold.
In keeping with Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life has been held.
MARY H. KORNELSEN
Mary Kornelsen, aged 83 years, of Rosenort, passed away on Friday October 21, 2011 at the Morris General Hospital.
She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband of 61 years, Levi; her children and their families: Larry and Gwyn, their children Brian and Petra, Kevin, and Karen; Phyllis and Ron Barkman, their children Stacy, Alisa and Lee (son Ryan); Gerald and Kathy, their children Matthew, Jon and Heidi; Cal and Sandy, their children Christina (daughter Tyanna), and Christopher; and Jeannette. Also surviving are her sisters Ann Dueck and Helen (John) Rempel.
She was predeceased by four brothers, Pete, Abe, Frank, and Jake, and brother-in-law Frank Dueck.
The funeral service was held on Tuesday October 25 at the Rosenort Evangelical Mennonite Church, with interment in the church cemetery. The arrangements were with the Morris Funeral Home.

IDA GRIENKE (nee Borkowsky)
Peacefully, on October 20, 2011, Ida passed away at Steinbach, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her parents John T. and Ottelie Borkowsky, her brothers Bill and Fred, her sisters Erna and Emily, her husband Albert, on February 15, 2003, and her daughter Miriam on October 13, 1998. She is survived by a sister, Frieda, a brother, Lorenz, and a brother-in-law, Art Schultz.
Also, left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ron Grienke (Gail), Alvin Grienke (Mintie); grandchildren, Tammy Stark (Bob Way and Christie), Candy Stark (Alf Wiebe), Lori, Michael, Jocelyn and Jennica.
Funeral service was held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 465 Henry St., Steinbach, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25. Interment at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.

After fighting cancer several years he went to be with the Lord in Fairview, AB, hospital at 7:20 a.m., Oct 15, 2011. He was preceded in death by numerous relatives, his son, Nathan, and first wife, May. Left to mourn him are: his wife, Leola; son, Jonathan; daughters, Stephanie and Julie; as well as three grandchildren (Brice, Bettina, Brittany) and three great-grandchildren (Anna, Dominik, Sara).
The funeral service will be held Friday, October 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Kleefeld, MB with interment at the church cemetery.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the David Thompson Bible Camp near Fairview, AB.

Peacefully, on a glorious fall morning, October 11, 2011, Alice Tétrault Wenden went home to the loving arms of Jesus at the young age of 101. She was born in St. MaIo, MB on October 2,1910. She moved with her parents and family to La Broquerie in 1920 and married Gerard Wenden on December 8, 1938.
She was predeceased by her husband Gérard in 1979, her son, Hubert in 2002 and 12 siblings.
She will be lovingly remembered by her nine children: Dolores (Charles), daughter-in-law Christine, Claudette (Denis), Bernard (Marguerite), Louis (Mila), Huguette (Ron), Marie-Reine (Gary), Myriam, Michelle, Diane(Henri); sister Gertrude, sisters-in -law, Madeleine and Imelda, 42 grandchildren, 104 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Merci Maman et Mémère chérie pour toutes vos prières, messes, bontés et amour. You are now our special angel. We love you and will miss you so much.

Peacefully, on October 10, 2011, at St. Boniface Hospital, Renetta Eidse completed her long journey. She was pre-deceased by her parents, John and Anna, her sister Erna, and brother-in-law, Gladwin. Susanna Kehler, 83, of Steinbach, formerly of Mitchell/Randolph, passed away Monday, October 10, 2011, at Bethesda Place, Steinbach, MB.
Susanna was predeceased by her husband, Abram D. Kehler, along with her parents, step mother, and two brothers in infancy. Those left to mourn and to cherish many fond memories are her four children, thirteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

Hilda Nancy Wiebe was born on September 2, 1917, the eighth of nine children born to Johann G. Wiebe and Katherine (Klassen) Wiebe.
Her contributions and life on this earth concluded on October 6, 2011 at the age of 94. She will be fondly remembered and surely missed by her husband of 62 years, Dan Hildebrand, her five children and their spouses -- Dennis (Ginny), Lois (Ken Brisky), Jeanne (David Kemp), Marvin (Linda) and Joan (Dennis Giesbrecht); nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
