DEAREST DAD AND GRANDPA

The hardest thing in life to bear,
To want you Dad and you're not there.
With a broken heart we whisper low, We love you Dad and miss you so.
As long as we live, we'll always be glad
That we were your children
and you were our Dad.
Peacefully sleeping, resting at last,
Your weary trials and troubles are past;
In silence, you suffered,
With such patience you bore,
'Til God called you home to suffer no more.
"God be with you, till we meet again."
