Antoine (Anthony) Caissie

Dieppe – Antoine Caissie, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the Dr.-Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital.
Born in Saint-Philippe on December 10, 1923, he was the son of the late Arsène and Joséphine (Arsenault) Caissie.
Antoine is survived by two daughters, Linda Morrison (Gilles Savoie) of Dieppe, Jeanne Duplessis (Moïse) of Lakeville; one sister, Yvonne Cormier (Raymond) of Toronto; one sister-in-law, Eva Caissie of Minto; three grandchildren, Jason, Christa and Jeremy.
He was predeceased by his wife, Cécilia, one infant son, Gérard, one daughter, Georgina Thériault, one brother, Edmond and one sister, Olive.
As requested by the family, there will be no visitation.
The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, January 12, 2009 at 2 pm at the Pathways Pentecostal Church in Lakeville and will be conducted by Pastor Harry Nunn.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Yvette Cormier

Yvette Cormier, 56, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Moncton City Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Dieppe, she was the loving daughter of Leonard and Lorraine Cormier.
Besides her parents Yvette is survived by three brothers, Normand (Diana) of Dieppe, her twin, Yvon (Dorothy) and Gerry (Marielle), both of St-Philippe; one niece, Jocelyne; one nephew, Jeffrey; two great nephews, Dawson and Aiden; one great niece, Allison; and her special friend, Roméo LeBlanc.
No visitation as per requested by the family.
Funeral service will be held at the Sainte-Thérèse RC Church in Dieppe on Friday, March 20th at 3 pm.

Yvon LeBlanc

Dieppe, NB - Yvon LeBlanc, 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Moncton on March 29, 1925, he was the son of the late Albénie and Élise (Cormier) LeBlanc.
Yvon was a World War II veteran.
Yvon will sadly be missed by his wife Colombe: two daughters, Antoinette Senior (Robert) of Carver, Mass., Gisèle Santolucito (Thomas) of Waltham, Mass.; two sisters, Germaine Cormier (late Gérard) of St-Anselme, Joanne LeBlanc (late Abbé) of Lewisville; seven grandchildren, Thomas, Paul, Lisa, Michael, Tina, Élise, Jennifer; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Jérémie, Ulysse, Alfred, Albénie and one sister, Eugénie.
Visitation will be at the Passage Moncton location, 625 Mountain Rd. on Monday, August 3from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday, August 4 from 9:30 to 10:30 am.
Funeral will take place on Tuesday, August 4 at the St-Anselme RC Church at 11 am.
Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Rachelle Poirier

Dieppe, NB – Rachelle Poirier, 38, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital on Monday, May 31st, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Grand-Sault, NB on June 13, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Albert Ouellette and Nora Pelletier.
Rachelle will sadly be missed by her husband, Michel; son at home, Samuel; mother, Nora of Grand-Sault; brother, Marco Ouellette (Suzie) of Grand-Sault; sisters, Micheline Ouellette and Francine Legacé both of Grand-Sault; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one sister, Yvette.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Wednesday, June 2nd from 6:30 to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Thursday, June 3rd at 2 pm.
No visitations on Thursday.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
