Proud grandfather of Andy Orr (wife Christina), Jody (husband Christopher Martin), and John-David Buchannan (wife Elizabeth Peckover); and great-grandfather of Jared and Kayla Orr, Nathan and Ava Martin, Malcolm Buchannan, and Ross and Wyatt Buchannan. Beloved brother of Opal Dore, of Teeswater, and Marvin Orr (Ruth), of Warkworth. Sadly missed by his granddaughter-in-law Sleen Wales; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Redford, Richard "Dick" William - Veteran of WWII - of Sauble Beach, and formerly of Toronto, peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services Southampton, on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the age of 89 years. Loving husband and best friend to Eleanor (nee Houston) for over 68 years. Devoted father of Marilyn (Doug Bowman), of Sauble Beach, Donna (Dale Worthing), of Peers AB, Debbie (Brian Hogg), of Gilford, Robert Redford, of St. Thomas, and James Redford, of Sauble Beach. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by his brother-in-law Jack Houston, of Peterborough; and his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his son Richard William Redford Jr.; parents Edward and Ethel May (nee Ivey) Redford; brothers Ted and Walter; and sister Ruth. Dick was proud to serve his country as part of the Navy, serving on the HMCS Gananoque; and was a proud member of the Sauble Sandpipers and Zion-Amabel United Church. Loving husband and best friend to June (nee Martin) for 54 years. Devoted father of Paul and his wife Jean, of Wiarton, and Peter and his wife Rita, of Owen Sound. Proud grandfather of William, James, Sara, and Matthew. Brother of Janice (Laverne Becker), of Neustadt, and Gaylanne Boulter, of Niagara Falls; and brother-in-law of Donna Martin, of Newmarket. Sadly missed by his mother-in-law Nita Doucett, of Wiarton; and his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Audrey Boulter; brother Raymond and his wife Julia; sister Arlene and her husband Charlie; and brother-in-law Doug Martin. Moe has worn many hats in his life: from his years as PUC manager for the town of Wiarton, to his very successful career selling farm equipment across Ontario. He was a past member of the Wiarton Volunteer Fire Dept. and Wiarton Rotary Club, member of Cedar Lodge #396 Masons, and enjoyed Redman and Old-timers' hockey. Devoted grandfather of Cameron and Darion Hendy; Mercedes Feren, and Aidan and Mitchell McCarthy; Aaron, Hailee and Brayden Kerr; and great-grandfather of Chad and Chloe Feren. McIntosh, Marnie - of Georgian Bluffs, suddenly at age 66, on Sunday, December 8, 2013. It is with profound sadness that the family of Marnie McIntosh (nee Alexander) announces her sudden passing at Grey Bruce Health Services in Wiarton. She was dearly loved by her husband Bill for 48 amazing years. She is sadly missed by her daughters Heather and husband Mike and Morag and her partner Jeff. Marnie loved spoiling her grandbabies Connor, Liam and Alaister. She is survived by her cherished younger brother John Alexander and his wife Judy. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Aileen; grandson Lucan McIntosh (1993); and brother Mike Alexander and his wife Donna. Her positive spirit shone as a beacon and a guide to all who knew her. To honour her love of food and gardening the family requests that donations be made to Seeds of Diversity. Marnie was an avid gardener and supporter of Seeds of Diversity, a charity devoted to conserving rare fruit, grain and vegetable seeds for the future. The family would therefore ask that expressions of sympathy be expressed by way of donations to Seeds of Diversity earmarked for their Seed Catalogue Inventory project.
