Cherished father of Lois Keays, of RR#6 Wiarton; Allan, of Montreal; Rachel Hepburn (and friend Hans Kohler) and Norm and his wife Charlene, all of RR#5 Wiarton; and son-in-law Garth Keays, of Wiarton. Devoted grandfather to Graham Keays,Gillian Keays, Ryan Hepburn and Ben Hepburn. Brother-in-law of Jack Urbshott (Margaret), Bob Urbshott (Gladys), Herb Urbshott (Norma) and Ozzie Thompson. Predeceased by a daughter Barbara (1983); his sister Joyce Crawford (late Charlie); and his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Art Urbshott, Marj Thompson; and his parents Harvey and Elda. Bill owned and operated Hepburn's Sawmill for more than 50 years, and was proud member of the Bruce Peninsula Sportsman Club. At Bill's request cremation has taken place.
