Kay employed hundreds of kids over the years and always referred to them affectionately as “her girls” and “her guys” and they to Kay as “Mom”. She was instrumental in the fund raising and building of the Community Centre at Sauble Beach. Kay loved her Beach and was a strong promoter of Sauble and the community in general.
