At the Huronia District Hospital on Thursday July 5th, 2001 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Helen Hounsome of Penetanguishene. Dear father of James (Jim) and his wife Tina of Penetanguishene. Pre-deceased by his son John. Sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Mrs. Christine (Crippin) Patenaude of Penetanguishene.

Loving grandfather of Amanda, Patrick, Trinda and Peter. Dear brother of Robert (Bob) and his wife Elsie of Penetanguishene, Anne and her husband John Adamson of Midland, Mrs. Clara Morgan of Ottawa, Mrs. Mary Bowman of Midland. Pre-deceased by his brother Harold Crippin. Lovingly remembered by all his nieces and nephews.

Resting at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street, Penetanguishene on Friday July 6th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday July 7th at 11 a.m. Interment St. Andrew’s cemetery , Wyebrige.

Memorial donations to the Huronia Hospitals Foundations (PGH Dialysis Unit) or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Services under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 68, Penetanguishene will be held in the Funeral Home Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.

At the Freeport Clinic, Kitchener on Sunday August 19th, 2001 in her 89th year Alma Hamelin beloved wife of the late Leonard Therrien. Dear mother of Stanley and wife Eleanor of Burlington, Theresa and husband Wes Wilton of Scarborough, Allen and wife Lucille of Penetanguishene, Clifford and wife Mary, Michael and wife Susan all of Lafontaine, Marie and husband Hans Egli of Baden, Garry and wife Patsy, Diane Therrien all of Penetanguishene, Pat and wife Louise of Midland, Catherine and husband Don Smith of Midland, Leonard and wife Debbie of Marathon and the late Gordon, Orval and Francis.

Loving grandmother of 31 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 grandchildren. Dear sister of Gilbert and wife Margaret Hamelin of Penetanguishene, Estelle and husband Walter Sidler of Kitchener and the late Clem Hamelin, Justin Forget, Alida Ambeau and Delianne Bellisle.

Resting at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street, Penetanguishene on Tuesday August 21st from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday August 22nd from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday August 23rd, at St. Ann’s Memorial Church at 11a.m. Interment St. Ann’s cemetery , Penetanguishene.

Memorial donations to the Multiple Sclerosis or Ontario Heart and Stroke Fund would be appreciated. The Ladies of St. Ann’s requested to meet in the Funeral Home Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. for prayers. Parish Prayers will be held in the Funeral Home Wednesday evening at 8 p.m.

Ashley Duquette passed away at the age of 18 years on September 25th, 2001. Ashley Duquette of Penetanguishene loving daughter of Marc and Kim Duquette. Dear sister of Nicole and Marc Duquette. Dear granddaughter of Tom and Elaine Gignac and Leonard and Margaret Duquette. Ashley will be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visitation for Ashley will be held on Friday September 28th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9- p.m. at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street Penetanguishene. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Church Penetanguishene on Saturday September 29th at 11 a.m. Interment at St. Ann’s cemetery. Parish prayers will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday evening at 8 p.m. Memorial donations to the Huronia Hospitals Foundation (P.G.H.) or to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Dear mother of Martine and husband James Dupuis of Penetanguishene, Kathy and husband Jim White of Hillsdale, Brenda and husband Larry Geras of Penetanguishene. Loving grandma of Ryan, Natalie, Katrina, Nadine and Kristen. Sister of Joan Fortier and her friend Victor Campbell of Waubaushene, James Walker and wife Doreen of London, Russell Walker, Larry Walker and wife Sandra all of Waubaushene. Sister in law of Virginia Walker of Halifax. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main St., Penetanguishene on Friday from 1-3 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Friday November 30th at 4 p.m. Cremation has taken place with interment later at St. Ann’s cemetery , Penetanguishene.

If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Oncology Department of Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie would be appreciated.
