Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital with his loving family at his side, on Sunday, April 8, 2001, at age 87. Beloved husband of Suzanne Matondo.

Loving father of Raphael and José Mangana Kisaka, Ruth Emilie Musunu and Raphael Titi Manyaka, Alice Kayiki and Jesse Mondenge, Austin and Charlotte Kisaka, Augustin and Marceline Kisaka, Doris and Noel Mangala, Joseph Newland and the late Modestine Kisaka, Faustin and Euphrasie Kisaka, Justin Kisaka, Witt and Joseph Kindundu, Chantal Kisaka and Leon Mujynya, Membele Kisaka, Munkwonzo Kisaka.

Proud grandfather of Eric, Serge, Lydia, Emilie, Angeline, Ipita, Angela, Mia, Sonia, Isabelle, Nadine, Yvie, Belinda, Amy, Cory, Steven, Loraine, Patrick, Eddie, Emilie, Christian, Olivier, Sophia, Prisca, Joël, Mara, Amelia, Jeff, Mathy, Grace, Dimitri, Stella, Merveille, David, and great-grandfather of Eve Jade and Pheasan. ,p>Predeceased by his first wife Mara Justine Amayah. He will be sadly missed by his numerous family and friends in Canada and abroad.

Pastor Kisaka was always full of life and dedicated it to his family and serving the Lord with Baptist Missions and Vanga and Western Congo.

Family will receive relatives and friends at the L.G..WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (544-1147) on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service from MacNab Street Presbyterian Church (116 MacNab Street South) on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens to follow.

Elizabeth H. Adam (nee Muir)
December 4, 1924 - June 8, 2001

Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, June 8, 2001. Elizabeth Adam in her 77 th year. Beloved wife of the late Ross Adam and the late David Muir.

Loving mother of Dan (Doris) Muir and Robert (Darlene) Muir. Will be sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother Steve (May) Ritchie and sister Marie (Bob) Pettengill. Cremation has taken place.

A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel of L.G. WALLACE Funeral Home 151 Ottawa Street North (905) 544-1147 on Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at 1 p.m.

Proud grandmother of Aron, Jamie, Janine, Justin, Stefanie, Robyn, Kevin, Michael, Kristofer, Joshua, one on the way, and one great-grandchild on the way. Dear sister of Rita, Mary and the late Marjorie and Edna. Doreen will be greatly missed by many other family and friends.

Loving mother of David and Paula, Doug (Robert) and Diane, Sandy (Alexander) and Susan. Proud Gramma (Manny) of 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Bill and the late Sammy, Agnes, Tom and Hughie. Mary will be sadly missed by many other family and friends.

Constance Evelyn Madden (Formerly of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia) passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Monday, June 18, 2001, in her 77th year, surrounded by her loving, adopted girls, Antoinette Phillips, Sylvia Cox and Colleen Creary. Life long friend of Tony and the late Maureen Shatkosky and family. Aunt Connie will be sadly missed by Lisa, Sean, William, Nicole, Katie, Taylor and Jonathan.

Connie was a long time employee of Loblaws. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (544-1147) on Sunday, June 24, 2001 at 3 p.m. If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

John 'Jock' Elliott
September 12, 1936 - July 7, 2001

Peacefully at home, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loved ones, on Saturday, July 7, 2001 in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Margaret for 44 years. Loving father of Jane and Bamford, William and Renee, John, Jim and Rose. Much loved papa of Lisa, Jimmy, Angela, Johnny, Kimberley, Trevor, Samantha and great-grandpa of James. Dear brother of William and his wife Molly of Scotland, Duncan and his wife Sylvia, James, Lavinia and her husband Brian. Predeceased by parents John and Catherine, brother Henry and sister Mary.

John will be sadly missed by many other family and friends in Canada and abroad. He was a long time member of Hamilton Beach Rescue Association and Carpenter’s Union Local 18.

As per John’s wishes, Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the L.G.WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Monday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Service of Remembrance in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m.

Spiritual brother of Restituta Dosono and Ernesto Segismundo of Hawaii, and Visitacion and Ceferino Santiago, with Jean, Rose, Jonald Eala, Jonald Jr., Angelina, Alex, Francisco, Restituto and Delia Segismundo, with Cynthia, Rowena, April, Restituto Jr., and Daisyrie, Elmer and Marilyn Segismundo, with Sean, Adelfa, Lito Cabusao, Janel, Barbie, and James. Loving support from uncles and aunts abroad: Pascual Dosono and Dominador Dosono, with Patricio, Manuel, Carmen, Petra, Corazon, Loretta, Amanda, Amelia, Linda and Samuel of the Philippines. Forever remembered by Oscar and Nieves Suva, with Oliver, Grace and Gina, and also Rosie Raphael, Lourdes Ferrer, and Naty Boquerin.

Our gratitude to the doctors and staff of Ward 395, Henderson Hospital, for their care and camaraderie. With this unified community of families and friends, we are far from alone.

Brian Gilbert Roy Furneaux
November 9, 1982 - July 30, 2001

Loving son of Brenda and Gilbert. Dear brother of Lorna, Eric, predeceased by brother Neil. Brian will be sadly missed by Violet, his baby Decota, his many other family members and close friends.

Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Saturday, August 18, 2001 at Henderson General Hospital. Sava passed away at the age of 81. Beloved husband and best friend of 62 years to Ljubica.

Loving father of Dragica Radisavljevic, Stana and Milan Jankovic of Yugoslavia, Milorad and Marija, Dejan and Despina. Proud grandfather of Vukan, Zoran, the late Slavoljub, all of Yugoslavia, Slavica, Sladjana and Steve, Milija, Tania, Nadia, Ljuba, Georgina, and great-grandfather of Katarina of Yugoslavia, Shay, Jake, and Samantha. Dear brother of James, Sonny, Mike, Anne, Aggie, Mary, Janet, and Catherine, all of the United States. Sava will be sadly missed by his cousins Vincentije and Borislavka Vicentijevic, Vladanka Predic, all of Paris, France, Zivoslava of Yugoslavia, prijatelji Very Reverend Father Constantinos and his wife Mina Marinos, nieces, nephews, kumovi and other family and friends.

Sava was a veteran of WW II fighting for freedom with the Serbian Chetnik Movement and was a long time member of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church.

Interment Woodland cemetery.
