Ruth (nee Schermerhorn), dear friend to Claude Hillier and former wife of Gord Kramp; loving mother of Todd Kramp of Kitchener; dear sister of Irene Paulnitz and her husband George of Kitchener, Harvey Schermerhorn and his wife Pearl and Wayne Schermerhorn and his wife Joyce, both of Drumbo.
Mrs. Kramp was a long-time employee of George Hancock Textiles in Cambridge and formerly of Dahmer Steel in Kitchener.
Friends will be received at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa St. South (at Westmount Rd.) 743-8900 from 7-9 tonight (Wednesday) and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service in the chapel, 11 a.m. Friday, interment in Memory Gardens, Breslau. The Rev. John Forster of Forest Hill United Church will officiate.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by Ruth's family.

Suddenly, at home, on Monday, February 5, 2001 in his 53rd year.
Larry, beloved husband of 31 years to Donna (Koch); beloved and proud father to his three sons, Shayne and his wife Natalie, Stacey and his wife Becky and Devon and his girlfriend Keri, all of Kitchener; proudest grandfather of Foxx and faithful companion, Buffy; loved brother of Ruby (Ron) Lebel of Windsor, Audrey (Vern) Hammond of Woodstock area, Shirley (Glen) Geisel of West Montrose and Karen Long of the Wiarton area; brother-in-law to Patrick Koch, Mark Koch and Colin (Teresa) Koch, all of Kitchener; son-in-law of Jean Koch of Bethany. Survived by many nephews; nieces; great-nephews and great-nieces. Also survived by many good friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by his parents, Virgil and Ethel (Smith) Green in 1979; son, Larry in infancy (1978) and father-in-law, Lewis J. Koch in 1997.
Larry was a respected die-maker in the K-W area for 34 years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, watching wild-life shows on TV and playing banjo and guitar with his three sons. He also enjoyed spending times in the Bancroft area rock hunting, fishing, camping, sight-seeing and exploring with his wife. Also, he enjoyed every moment spent with his only beautiful grandson.
A private viewing for family only and then cremation will take place.

Rose (nee MacDonald) beloved wife of the late Daniel J. MacKay (1956), Loving mother of Jean (MacKay) Crowdis and the late Gerald MacKay (1952). Dear daughter of the late Allan and Ellen (Gouthro) MacDonald. Predeceased by her granddaughter Geraldine Crowdis (1982), her four brothers and three sisters.

Cherished grandmother of Brent and Neil Kitagawa and Lisa and Steve Marr; Jennifer and Hans Jespersen, Steve and Nori Yonemitsu; Shari and Darren Gani, Keiko and David Hosaki; Shanna and Danielle Clermont and 8 Great-grandchildren.
Survived by sisters, Ruth Akagawa of Manitoba and Fusako Akazawa of B.C. Special thanks to all the staff at A.R. Goudie Eventide Home for their care and compassion.

Peacefully passed away on April 12, 2001 at the Sunnyside Home Kitchener in her 90th year. Emma Stiem passed away in the presence of the Lord, she has gone home to be with her beloved late husband Ewald (1994). Mrs. Stiem was the last surviving member of her family.
Lovingly remembered by her Sister in Law Ludwicka Bredefeld of Lockport, NY, USA. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews both here and in Germany.
Predeceased by her parents Andreas and Hulda Bredefeld and her 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

On Tuesday, 01 May 2001 in his 79th year at St. Mary’s Hospital after a long illness, bravely fought. Dick Markwell, beloved husband of Hildegard (nee Helbing) loving father of Ellie of California and Peter of Toronto.
Also loved by his grandchildren Bryan and Kevin. Brother of James and his wife Myra of England. Missed by his niece Sarah and her husband Paul, grand-nephew & niece Michael and Maddy.
Richard was a Royal Navy Veteran of the second world war. He came to Canada in 1952 and was a businessman in this area for many years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Beloved wife of Harry for 51 years. Loving mother of Janet Fitzgerald and her husband Brian, Bob and Ron and his wife Adele. Proud grandmother of Adam Robert Kasper, Alexandra Stewart Kasper and Andrew Scott Kasper.
Dear aunt of Valerie MacKay and Mary Leffler. Cherished sister of Wally Wolff and Irene Leffler and a special aunt in the Wolff family. Precious mother-in-law of Kathy Duncan. Edith will be sadly missed by Edith Lanarcik, Lotty Pootz, Helen and Jake Lowen, many friends and neighbours.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Carolyn; lovingly remembered by his daughters, Alison and her husband Chris Bishop, Angela and her husband Chris Mawdsley, Linda and her husband John Mann, Wendy and her husband Wayne Attwell, Sharon Manderville-Goodchild and her husband Jim and Linda Barciszewicz and her husband Stan; also lovingly remembered by his son, Eddie Ruppe; forever remembered by his grandchildren, Julie, Jeffrey, Russell, David, Rick, Shannon, Catherine, Tyler, Ryan, Taylor, Chantelle, Nicki, Jason and Tyler and great-grandchildren, Liam and Nicholas; fondly remembered by his sister, Joan Nutt. Predeceased by his first wife, Jean and his parents, Harold and Doreen Blair. Fondly remembered by his nephew, Michael and his many friends and all who knew him.
