It is with great sorrow that the family of janet Kaye Kelly announce her peaceful passing at Lake of the Woods District Hospital.
Janet enjoyed listening to the radio and reading a good book and had a great love of the outdoors.
Janet was predeceased by her parents Marion and Jim Kelly, infant son Calahan, two brothers Doug and Phillip, nephew Duane, niece Marilyn.
She is survived by her soulmate and partner Joe, three sons Jeff, Terry and Dwayne and one grandson Christopher. Also by sisters Frances (Richard) Ponemah, MN, Roz, N.W.A., Phyllis, Kenora, ON, Mary, Oshawa, ON, Linda, Thunder Bay, ON, 2 brothers, Richard, Bemidji, MN, Gilbert (Annette), Kenora, ON, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many other relatives remaining.

April 23, 1959 - March 30, 2003
Tragically on Sunday, March 30, 2003 Stanley Gordon Anderson, aged 43 years old passed away at Shoal Lake #40 with his partner Emily Fraser of Wabaseemoong First Nation.
Stanley was predeceased by his beloved mother Ida Ross Anderson in 2001, his father Gus Anderson in 1982 and his baby sister Ina Norma in 1963. Stanley also was predeceased by his infant son in Winnipeg, Manitoba, his grandparents Bill and Bella Ross, many aunts and uncles and several cousins.
He is survived by his daughter Sarah, sisters Eva Lund and Elva Bella Sinclair of Winnipeg, his brothers Glen (Melvina), Winnipeg, Tom (Shirley), Keewatin, Allan (Muriel) and William of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Stanley also leaves his very special uncle Tom Ross and auntie Noreen of Shoal Lake who helped him so very much over the years, and aunts Nora and Diane of Thunder Bay and Margaret of Calgary. Uncle Stan also leaves to mourn several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A Service will take place at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, April 3, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Frank Kowal officiating with internment to follow at Lake of the Woods cemetery.

Tragically on Sunday, March 30, 2003, Emily Lynn Fraser, aged 31 years old passed away at Shoal Lake #40 with her partner Stanley Gordon Anderson.
She was predeceased by her grandparents Mitchell and Lydia Muckle.
Emily will be lovingly missed by her mother Joyce Henry, her father William Henry, her daughter Marie Lene J. Fraser, brothers Justin and Calvin Fraser, sisters Grace and Melisa Fraser, and grandparents Bill Henry Sr. and Agnes Henry, and all the Muckle family members, and all the Henry family members.
She loved to draw, travel and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Wake Service to be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at the Community Hall at Wabaseemoong, Ontario. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2003 at the Community Hall with interment to follow at Wabaseemoong cemetery.

FIRLOTTE, Kenneth Fleming departed this life on Sunday, April 6, 2003 at the age of 87 years.
Survived by daughter: Suzanne Hocker of Prince George; son: Clifford (Rose) Firlotte of Winnipeg, MB; Grandchildren: Bunny of Richmond, BC, Kenneth of Prince George, BC, Michael (Christine) of Camrose, AB, Cheryl of Fort McMurray, Kevin (Rachel) of Edmonton, AB, Niki Firlotte of Winnipeg, MB; 7 great grandchildren; brother: Harold (Mary) Firlotte of Regina SK;

Leon Makinen
Leon Makinen passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus on Tuesday, March 04, 2003 at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of the late Ceciliane (1996). Dear father of Raynald (Monique) of Sherbrooke, Quebec and Rick (Judy) of Ottawa. Leon will be remembered by his grandchildren Annick (Bruno), Patrice (Patricia) both of Montreal, Shawn, Jason and Nathan and his great granddaughter, Catherine, all of Ottawa.

Margaret Nabb
Margaret Nabb passed away, March 10, 2003, after a courageous fight with cancer with her family by her side.
Margaret was born in Manchester England and immigrated to Canada in 1957. She is predeceased by her mother and father, Sara and Harold Broadbent and her brother John. She leaves to mourn her husband and best friend for 57 years Thomas G. Nabb, her sons Geoff and wife Bonnie with two children Jessica (Alec) Smith and Andrew. John and wife Nicole with three children Thomas, Monique and Sara, her closet friends Lois McCanna, Marilyn Conway, Bev Harrison and Joyce Gibson.
Margaret's pride and joy were all her grandchildren whom she love and cared for so much. Margaret always made a point of being at all the children's band concerts and festival pieces which she so loved to hear. Her other great joy was quilting, with her friends on Wednesdays at Vickie's...Margaret will always be remembered for her concern caring and commitment of friends and family. Margaret was always there for everyone whether it was just to listen or offer a warm, generous smile and hug with lots of love. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Special thanks to Dr. Beveridge and the nursing staff of The Lake of the Woods District Hospital and to Dr. Anthes and the staff at the Regional Cancer Center in Thunder Bay for their care and professionalism.
To celebrate her life, an open house will be held on Saturday, march 15, 2003 from 1 - 5 p.m. at her home, 1257 Heenan Place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the CT Scanner Fund.
