Gordon Dixson Hall

Funeral arrangements by
Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (Burlington Chapel)
Gordon's family sadly announces his passing, peacefully on December 26th 2001 at 7:15 a.m. at Milton District Hospital. Gordon, also known as Dick and affectionately known as Chief, was 83 years young and is survived by wife Lois, sister Mary, brother Clay, sons Gord, Dave, Mark, Baird and Stephen, their wives and 14 grandchildren.
For years he battled cancer with more optimism and courage than could be expected, making himself an example of what a positive attitude can make. Always a good provider he devoted himself to his wife, loved his family dearly and was a gentleman and friend to every person and animal he met. Teaching by example he insisted on seeing the good that God put in all people, and he lived by turning the other cheek.
The family would like to thank Dr. Piercy for his commitment. They would also like to thank all the staff who cared for him at Milton District Hospital. He will be sorely missed and loved for always.
Friends may call at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, BURLINGTON CHAPEL, 2241 New Street (at Drury Lane) Burlington (905-637-5233) on Sunday December 30th from 2 - 4 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at ST.
