We regret to announce the death of Juliette Leblanc on March 2, 2000 at the Extendicare Nursing Home, Kapuskasing at the age of 84 years.
Juliette Leblanc is survived by her son Daniel Leblanc husband of Gisèle of Kapuskasing,4 sisters: Sister Ida Thibert of Ottawa, Maguerite Pelletier of Sudbury, Thérèse Renaud of Sudbury, Marie-Luce Robert of Field, 3 brothers: Ernest Thibert of Aliston, Fernand Thibert of Peterborough, Gaetan Thibert,2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren as well as many brothers and sisters.
Funeral service was held on March 4 at the Immaculée Conception Church.
Cremation followed at the J.H. Fleury Crematorium in Rouyn.
Donation to the Ontario Heart and Stroke would be greatly appreciated.
Denise Gendron

Denise Gendron is pre-deceased by her husband Jean Noel Gendron, 1 son; Jean-Marc Gendron, 3 brothers; Joseph, Roch and Jacques Meilleur.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Sonia Gendron (Michel Belanger) of Kapuskasing, Suzie Girard wife of Marc of Moonbeam, 3 sons; Marc, Mario husband of Carole all of Moonbeam, Luc of Kapuskasing, 2 sisters; Jeannette Duguay(Eugene), Yollande Meilleur all of Moonbeam, 2 brothers; Jeannot Meilleur (Aurore) of Moonbeam, Guy Meilleur (Rita) of Cochrane as well as 10 grandchildren.
Funeral Service was held on March 2, 2000 at the Nativité de Marie Church in Moonbeam.

Lydia Filion is survived by 7 sons: René (Rachelle) of Fauquier, Aimé (Jeannette), Réal (Yolande), Rosaire (Muriel) all of Moonbeam, Paul-Arthur (Laurette) of Harty, Roland (Olive) of Kapuskasing, Lionel (Dorlyn) of Gatineau, 4 daughters: Cécile Lepage (Benoit) of Fauquier, Fernande Albert (Philippe) of Moonbeam, Thérèse Blouin (Raynald) of Smooth Rock Falls, Claudette Filion of Kapuskasing, as well as 43 grandchildren, 67 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

We regret to announce the death of Florence Nadon on January 30, 2000 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital, Kapuskasing at the age of 89 years.
She was a 50 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Mrs Kapuskasing for the Kapuskasing's 75th anniversary, a founder of the Golden Age Club, member of the hospital board auxiliary, member of the Rebecca Lodge, first lady elected to Kapuskasing town council, member of the EMO (Emergency Measures Organisation) during the war, member of the horticultural society, very prominent in the Liberal organisation, enjoyed politics and sports.
Mrs. Nadon is pre-deceased by her husband Eugene Francois Nadon.
Survived by 2 sons: Jos Nadon (Anne) of Kapuskasing, Eugene Francois Nadon (Sylvana) of London England, 3 daughters: Arlene Fraser (William) of Duncan B.C., Christine Yates (Leslie) of Telwa B.C., June Nadon of Kapuskasing, 2 sisters: Lucie Briscoe of Renfrew, Mardi Rogers of Ottawa, 1 brother: Plaunte Mayhew of Picton, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
Funeral service was held on February 2, 2000 at the Kapuskasing United Church with Rev. Doug Richardson officiating.
