Joseph was born in Trinidad on November 26, 1920 and graduated from the Tufts Medical School in Boston, Mass., U.S.A. in 1949. He was a family practitioner/obstetrician in Trinidad, Whitby and Scarborough. Former Chief of Staff of the Whitby Hospital. Allan retired from CIBC in 1968 after 41 years of service. He took an active role in the community and was a member of St. Marks Church in Whitby, the Kinsmen and Rotary clubs, and the Whitby Curling Club. He was dearly loved and will be sorely missed.
