Beloved wife of the late Keith Knox. Loving mother of Keith and his wife Vi and Norman and his wife Bernice. Sister of Mrs. Doris Crapp and the late Harold, Ben and Fred.Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Dorothy Audley, all of Oshawa. Dear grandmother of Christine Dervent, Randy Knox, Carolyn Green, Steven Knox, Dianne Knox and great-grandmother of Jackie, Meghan, Zachary and Amber. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the MCINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 152 King Street East, Oshawa on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Service and committal in the chapel on Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. Private interment MOUNT LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS. NOLAND, Daniel Allan -
Suddenly, on Monday July 30, 2001 in Oshawa in his 33rd year. Daniel, beloved son of Patricia Noland and the late Hector Willis Noland. Loving father of Samantha and Jessica. Dear brother of Gord Noland and his wife Shirley, and Sheila and her husband Brent Mallette. Uncle of Shane, Nicholas, and Shelby. Daniel will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Willes Verna Isabel (nee McLarty) -
(Former Principal of Glenhome School, Oshawa; Member of Simcoe Street United Church and Cedardale United Church). Suddenly, after a brief illness, on Monday, July 30, 2001, in her 97th year. Predeceased by her husband Henry George Willes, and survived by her son John, daughter-in-law Fran, grandson John and granddaughter-in-law Carol, and their children, great-granddaughter Victoria and great-grandsons John and George, all of Sydenham, Ontario. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Mcintosh-Anderson funeral Home Ltd., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, August 2nd, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. Interment MOUNT LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS, Whitby. Peacefully, after a lengthy illness on Sunday, July 29, 2001, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 73. Shirley, loving mother ofWendy Burton of Windsor and Bonny and her husband Ron Rahm of Greenbank. Predeceased by son David. Loved grandmother of David, Amy, Ryan, and Jennifer. Dear sister of Wesley Kreh and his wife Helen of Trenton, and Norma Badger, and she was predeceased by her brother Gordon and her sisters Dorothy, Eleanor, and Elizabeth. Special friend to Sandy Day of Caesarea. Relatives and friends will be received at the Greenbank United Church (Highway 12 in Greenbank) on Tuesday, July 31, 2001 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Shirley Burton will be held in the Church at 1 p.m. with Reverend Ross Carson officiating. Interment MOUNT LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS, Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque through the Wagg Funeral Home "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

CIMBULS (Abrams), Dorothy Janet -
Peacefully with her family and friends by her side at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, on Sunday, July 29, 2001, at the age of 51. Dorothy, loving mother and best friend of Christy and Laura Abrams, and missed by their father Les. Dear sister of Bob Armstrong and his wife Patricia, and Jean Cross. Sadly missed by her special nephew Scott, and her friend Tom Clarke. Dorothy loved life and was blessed with some very precious friends; she will be greatly missed. Friends may call at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S. (Mill St. exit, just north of 401 at the lights) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, August 2. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, August 3, at 1 p.m. Cremation. Beloved husband of Bonnie (Marshall) Heffern of Hanmer, loving father of Darin (fiance Toni Green) of Sudbury and Angela (husband Johnathon Roy) of Hanmer. Loving son of John and Teresa Heffern of Uxbridge. Loving brother of Corrine McMurrayof Brampton, John predeceased (Nancy and Norman Clements of Uxbridge), Rae-Ellen (husband Terry Gilbert) and Alex (wife Lisa) both of Sudbury, Harvey and Bernie (wife Terri) both of Sunderland. Dear son in law of Gerald and Doris Marshall of Sudbury, dear brother in law of Wayne of Elliot Lake, Brenda of Nova Scotia and Doug (wife Mary) of Stouffville, cherished uncle of Jean-Henri, Susie, Anne Marie, Alisse, John David, Melanie, Scott, Mark, Michael, Dana, Ben, Brandon, Emily, Allison, Todd, Curtis, Bryan, David, Carrie and Aaron. He will be sadly missed by many friends and co-workers. Rested at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. On July 28, 2001 our dear Betty, with her loving family by her side, suddenly passed away into the loving hands of our Lord, in her 59th year. Dearly missed and forever remembered by her beloved husband Terry. Cherished mother to Loretta and her husband Glenn and Lisa. Beloved Nana to her precious little angels Amanda and Christopher. Will be sadly missed by her sisters Honey and Phylly, brother Joe, nephew Michael, many friends and relatives. Loving mother of Angela Elizabeth Anderson (Iain) of Ajax, Ontario, Julie Mary Powers (Jeff) of Newmarket, Ontario and Allison Margaret Easson of Toronto. Proud grandmother of four grandchildren Natalie Elizabeth and Kyle James Anderson and Heather Helen and Cameron James Powers. Dear sister of Lloyd Command (Carole) of Delta, B.C., Eleanor Wright (Don) and Lorna McRae (Chuck), both of Appleton, Ontario and Tony Command (Valerie) of Carleton Place, Ontario. Sister-in-law of Roger Douglas Easson (Tanja Marie) of St. George, Utah. Also survived by nephews Tom Wright of Appleton, Alexander Grant Easson of St. George, Utah and niece Valorie Illingworth (Rob) of Carleton Place, Ontario and great-nieces Chelsea Nicole and Christie Marie Illingworth of Carleton Place, Ontario. Service will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Everett Briard of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 35 Church St. North, Pickering Village at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2001. Arrangements entrusted to the Accettone Funeral Home, Ajax. Donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of a loving and devoted husband, Father, Grampa and Friend. Suddenly at Lakeridge Health Ajax on Saturday, July 28th, 2001 in his 65th year. Retired with 30 years service from Aramark formerly Versa Foods. Tom, beloved husband of Jane Graham (nee MacDonald). Loving father of Wendy and her husband Allan Knowlton of Hampton and Tom Graham of Cambridge. The best ever Grampa to Cameron, Shyla and Graham. Son of the late Lila and Tom Graham of Bowmanville. Brother of Harold Graham, Gwen and Leigh Somerscales, Joan Turnbull, Lynda and David Kiff. Predeceased by brothers John and Bob Graham. Brother-in-law to Allan and Pat Johnston; Carmen and Elaine MacDonald; and Shirley Wood. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Tom will be sadly missed by many bowling friends, euchre friends, neighbours, family and his buddy Bailey the cat.
