PUNTER, Jessie -
It is with great sadness the family announces her passing on March 21, 2002 at the Royal Terrace Nursing Home, Palmerston. Jessie, beloved wife of the late Stanley Punter. Loving and devoted mother of Judith and her husband Harvey Kaskie, Susan and her husband Ron Dainty, and Jim and his wife Linda. The best Nan and Little Nan in the world to her 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday, March 24, 2002 in the chapel of the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax. Donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

(Former employee of the Toronto Transit Commission and Assistant Business Agent, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 113). After acourageous battle with cancer at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Thursday, March 21st, 2002 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Suzanne. Loving father of Denis and his wife Mary, Joe and his wife Cathy, Neil and his wife Tina, Annette and her husband Martin Harris and Sean and his wife Carol. Grandfather of Joey, Michael, Matthew, Lara, Jenna, Denis, Christopher, Andrew, Rosie, Isabel, Emily, Katie, Meg and Mary. Brother of Gerard, Susie, Frances and Joe. Sadly missed by his many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. CLYDE, Edith Victoria (Pat) -
Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on Wednesday March 20, 2002 at the age of 86 years. Pat Clyde (nee Patterson) of Uxbridge, wife of the late Burke Dyson and the late Ross Clyde. Mother of Frances Stemp. Grandmother of Dana (Stacey) Stemp and Ryan (Tammy) Stemp and great-grandmother of Garret, Mia and Christopher. Stepmother of David (Jane) Clyde and Doreen Clyde. Grandmother to Jill, Ian, Erin Clyde and Deanna (Greg) Tant. Pat enjoyed life, her family and friends. She loved laughter and fun. She will be sadly missed . A time of visitation will be held in the Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton on Saturday, March 30, 2002 from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family.

EVANS, Charles Thomas -
Peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Wednesday, March 20th, 2002, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Flo of 68 years. Cherished Dad ('Grumps') of Betty Nash, Chuck and his wife Deb, Marlene Williams, Wayne and his wife Linda. Predeceased by his son Don Evans and Phillip. Survived by his daughter-in-law Carol Evans and son-in-law Wally Williams. He will be sadly missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of The Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. N., Bowmanville, 1 p.m. Saturday. Memorial donations may be made to the Markham Stouffville Hospital, if desired.

Sadly missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Eleanor (nee Hancock) of Newcastle. Dear father of Larry and his wife Yvonne of Dartmouth, N.S., Kim and her husband Terry Cox of Oshawa, and Bill and his wife Annette of Oshawa. Loving grandfather to his 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Gary and Marilyn Hancock of Orono and Brian Hancock of Oshawa. Sadly missed by his fishing partner Terra. Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday March 20th, 2002 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Rosa. Dear father of Linda Romano and husband Elio. Proud grandpa of Matt Grills, Julia Romano and Great Grandpa of Taylor Grills. Survived by brother George Rinaldi of Ajax, Frank Rinaldi of Italy, Mateo Rinaldi of Italy, and sisters Ninetta Basso of Toronto and Sabellina Rinaldi of Italy. Sadly missed by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and close friends here and in Italy. Friends will be received at the W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas St. E., Whitby on Friday March 22nd 2002 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. (Prayers at 7:30 pm). Mass of the Christian Burial on Saturday at 10:30 am from St. John the Evangelist Church 903 Giffard St., Whitby. Interment to follow at Resurrection cemetery , Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Durham Cancer Society or Lakeridge Health Oshawa Palliative care unit. It is at the time the family would like to especially thank the Lakeridge Health Oshawa Palliative Care Unit, staff of the 6th and 7th floors, Dr. Valiulis, and Dr. Lau for all of their care and support.

Suddenly went to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at his home in Seagrave, at age 73. Dave Winger, dearly loved husband of Ellen (nee Evans). Loved father of Steve, and Mark and his wife Deborah. Loving grandfather of Jennifer and her husband Franz, Stephanie, Michael, Clayton, and Eric, and great- grandfather of Abigail and Asia. Dear brother of Floyd, Bruce and his wife Delores, Murray and his wife Beverley, Keith and his wife Doris, and Paul and his wife Pat. A devoted Christian and long-time member of Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Port Perry, he will be greatly missed by the entire congregation. Relatives and friends will be received at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 1680 Reach Street in Port Perry on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Dave Winger will be held in the Church on Saturday, March 23rd at 11 a.m. with Reverend Dr. Fred Penney officiating. WINTON, Audrey Winifred -
(1937-2002) Suddenly, while visiting relatives in Edmonton, on Wednesday, March 20, 2002. Much loved wife of Evan, mother of Debra and her husband Rick and Kelly and her husband Allan, and grandmother of Alexandria and Lauren. Beloved sister of Gloria, Walter, Helen, Alden, Everett and the late Marg, Otto, Dorothy and Lionel. Audrey was a pillar of strength, support and love and she will be greatly missed by all. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday. Funeral Serviceat St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (35 Church St. N., Pickering Village) on Monday, March 25, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. Survived by his brother Cecil and predeceased by sisters Olive, Ethel and Ann and brothers Joseph, Clarence, Orval, Harold "Hap” and Gordon. Jack will be missed by all. Husband of Marion Ruth. Loving father of Shirley (Julius), step-children Grant (Mavis), Bonnie, Betty, Dale (Wilf), Suzanne (Gary), Dixie (Thor), Audrey (Gladwyn). Sadly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife Reva, and brothers Howard and Tom. Mr. Farndale will be resting at the W.C.
