Donalda Dorothy Mccausland

McCAUSLAND, Donalda Dorothy - In loving memory of Donalda Dorothy McCausland. The family announces with sorrow the passing of Donalda McCausland (nee McLaughlin) on Sunday, June 21st, 2009 at Pioneer Manor at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of Elwood (Al) for 57 years. Loving mother to Susan (Gordon Smith) of Lively and David of Cambridge. Devoted grandmother to Jason (Jen), Brad, Ryan (Ashlee), Brenden and Krista. Cherished great grandmother to Kayla and Michael. Special mother to Carol Hanson. Very dear sister-in-law to Barbara McLaughlin of Toronto. Donalda was predeceased by her parents Leo and Anne McLaughlin; sisters Florence, Clara, Margaret and Barbara; brothers Fred (Buddy), Richard, Robert, William, Dennis and Douglas. Donalda was survived by her brothers Leo and Larry. Will be sadly missed by Wally and Diane Morrison, Margaret Kosmerly and Christine Bouillon. In keeping with Donalda's request, there will be no visitation. A private burial ceremony will be held at the Parklawn Cemetery following cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Donalda was blessed with the loving care of special angels at Pioneer Manor. To Sue- Sue, Sylvie, Carole, Jody, Anne, Caroline, Angela, Susan, Linda, Marnie, Jo-Anne, Gisele, Kristine, Tammy-Lynn and Julie, our heartfelt gratitude. Arrangements entrusted to the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME.

FOURNIER, Patricia E. - Peacefully on Wednesday June 17, 2009 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Laurent “Larry“ for 30 years. Loving mother of Patti Walsworth (Joss), and Kimberley Palmer all of Ottawa. Grandmother of Peter and Sarah Valliere and Ashley, Adam and Allison Palmer. Dear sister of Pamela Moore (Don), Joanne McLennan (Douglas) and Donald Page (Linda). Sister-in-law of Shirley Page, Bette Page and Pat Phillips. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Ralph and Robert Page and sister Carol Ann Phillips. Cremation has taken place. A Service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held in the chapel of HETHERINGTON & DEANS, 5176 Victoria Ave. on Thursday June 25, 2009 at 1 p.m. Private inurnment will take place in Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa at a later date. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Dennis (Dan) O'Connell

O'CONNELL, Dennis (Dan) - It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing on June 15, 2009, in Hamilton General Hospital. Survived by his life long wife & soulmate Daphne; sister-in-law Yvonne McKenzie, uncle of Michelle and Michael, Pria, cousins Nanette, Margaret Ann and Jennifer. Dan was a member of the Canadian Military Police and Corrections Ontario, member of Legion 479. Cremation has already taken place and private interment will take place at a later date. He will be greatly missed by his family.

Roy Henry Dean

DEAN, Roy Henry - On Friday June 19, 2009 at Kelso Villa Retirement Home. Roy Dean of Owen Sound in his 76th year. Husband of the late Adeline (nee Couture) Dean. Loving father to Rick and his wife Lorelie, and Tim and his partner Tiffany Shewfelt all of Owen Sound. Grandfather to Lissa, Pamela, Bethany, Andrew, Jordan, and Graham, and Great Grandfather to Olivia Survived by his sister Shirley and her husband Doug Bell of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his brother Orville and his sister Eva Hicks. A private family service has taken place. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Owen Sound. Memorial donations to the GBRHC Foundation Oncology would be appreciated. GRADY, Lois Mae (nee Richardson) - Suddenly at her home in Ennismore, June 21, 2009. Adored and cherished wife of Jim for 64 years. Dearly loved mother of Jack (Isla), Diane, and Theresse. Treasured Grandma of Ted, Andrew (Tabitha), Ian (Karen), Sarah, Patrick, Matthew, and the late Kelly, Erin, and Hope. Great grandma of Caitlin. Sister of Muriel and the late Bob, Tom, and June & sister in law of Bill, Thelma, Lloyd and the late Eileen. Family and friends may gather at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. (Retired form Nursing after 35 years, Trained at Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal 1951, Volunteer at McKellar Hospital in Thunder Bay, member of O.N.A Thunder Bay Branch, R.N.A.O Board member of Ontario, Arthritis Society, Literacy Group and St. Pat's Choir in Thunder Bay). Peacefully surrounded by her family at Rubidge Hall on Sunday, June 21, 2009 in her 78th year. Loving mother of Christopher, Bryan (Denise) and Tara Zawacki (Ron). Special friend of Patti Peeters. Cherished grandma of Adam and Reed Zawacki. Dear sister of Chris Towers and his wife Helen. GREGORIS, Maria (nee Signoretti) - In loving memory of Maria (nee Signoretti) Gregoris, 83 years of Sudbury who passed away Sunday, June 21st, 2009 at the SRH- St. Joseph's Health Centre. She was born in Copper Cliff and married Giorgio Gregoris in 1955 in Sudbury. A devout Roman Catholic, Maria attended St. Patrick's Church. She has worked in the SPD Dept at the Sudbury General Hospital. She was a faithful volunteer at the Caruso Club often helping in the kitchen. She was an excellent cook who enjoyed hosting family and friends for dinner. Beloved wife of Giorgio Gregoris predeceased 1990. Loving mother of Henry (wife Christine). Cherished grandmother of Arthur Gregoris and step grandson Nathaniel Misouri. Dear daughter of Enrico and Anita Signoretti predeceased. Dear sister of Irene Clizia, Novemia Ciutti, Poala Caprara, William, Benito and Ezio Signoretti and predeceased by Archie Signoretti and Zenieda Signoretti. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St.. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 39 Walford Rd., Sudbury, Thursday, June 25th, 2009 at 10AM. Entombment in the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum. Prayers 7:30PM Wednesday. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Friends may call 2-5; 7-9PM Wednesday.
