Grandpa to Shane, Cassie, Tyson, Josh, Denver and Ben MacFarlane, Sydney, Morgan and Hannah Kent. Son of the late Angus and Gladys MacFarlane. Brother of Earl (Joyce) of Desbarat, Shirley Metivier and Brenda Rice both of Sault Ste. Marie and the late Vernon and Bob. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home Thessalon, where friends may call of Monday July 19th from 7-9 pm. Loving mother of Helen (Mrs. Maurice Armstrong) of Espanola, David (wife Donna) of Waubamic (Parry Sound), Fred (wife Catherine) of Sault Ste. Marie and Phyllis of Espanola. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Leanne, Darren, Billie-Marie, Tim, Curtis, Carly and Gregory and great-grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah, Brianna and Ashley. Predeceased by grandson, David. Very dear sister of Mrs. Charlotte Buist of Johannesburg, South Africa. Ella was a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. Friends called at the Bourcier Funeral home, Espanola on Sunday, July 18.
