At Sault Area Hospital (General Site) on Monday, May 19, 2008. Jean Martin in her 80th year . Beloved wife of the late George of 60 years. Loving mother of Wynne Lienhardt, Jim (Cathy), Jeff (Jerelyn), late Wayne (Dorothy), and the late Brian Martin. Proud grandma of many grand children and great grand children. Daughter of the late Robert and Mable McCreight. Sister of Reta (Bill), Orville (Nelda), Shirley (Gerry), the late Bobby (Joyce), late Jack (Pat), late Agnes (Pat), late Denzel (Fern), late Morris (Edith), late Gertrude (John) and late Arlene (Fred). Jean will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home and Cremation Center, corner of Cathcart and St. James Sts, on Sunday, May 25th from 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Jean’s Life will take place in the chapel on Monday, May 26th, at 1 p.m. with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating, followed with interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Thessalon, ON. Donations to the Sault Area Hospital (General Site) Floor 2A would be appreciated. The family would like to thank the Staff of Sault Area Hospital (General Site) Floor 2A, Drs. Bondar, Maloney, and Robertson for the care given to Jean during her stay with them. The family also, wish to express a very special thanks to all caregivers attending Jean during her period of illness.

passed away peacefully at her home in Ajax, on May 17, 2008 with her loving family by her side. Beth struggled for several years with Multiple Sclerosis, but was always able to give visitors a smile. Her husband, Bob, took exceptional care of her and loved every minute of it. Beth will always be missed by her husband Bob; her children Jeff Ansley (Brenda) and Cindy Treumann; her grandchildren Gregory, Chris, Brian and Jennifer; her sister Joan Head (Paul), and her sisters and brothers-in-law Bill Ansley (Barb), Donna Wilson (Mike), Gary Ansley (Gail), Bruce Ansley, Brent Ansley (Janice), and Dorothy Triplett (Doug). Beth will also be fondly remembered by her many friends. Beth and Bob had a “once in a lifetime“ love and were always considered a winning pair.

Daughter of the late John and Margaret Gallagher. Sister of the late John (late Martha), late Jim (Anne), late Art (Frances), Donna Niemi (Leo) (late Ralph Barbeau), Bud (Jean), Bunny Antonello (Enzo) and June Nanne (late Terry). Sister-in-law of Reta Gernon (late George), late Joyce Jaffrey (late Don), late Harvey (late Selena), late Ralph (Donna), late Russell, late Gerry (late Helen), late Thelma Elliott (late William) and the late Dorothy Crawford (late Henry). Friends may call at Precious Blood Cathedral on Thursday May 22, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. with the Rt. Rev. Monsignor Bernard J. Burns officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. The family of Mickey Barbeau would like to thank the 3rd floor Driftwood Beach staff for the tireless support and compassion shown to our mother. On May 19, 2008 at the age of 62, Richard passed away at home with his loving family by his side. He is leaving behind and will be missed by his wife and best friend of 40 years Roslyn. His loving sons Steven, Michael, daughter-in-law Leah and grandchildren Alexandra and Colton. Dearest son of Olga and the late Michael Dowhoszya. Dear brother-in-law of Peter Downing (Stephanie), Diane Chapman (John) and Arthur Downing. Son-in-law of the late Elizabeth (Betty) and Arthur Downing. He will be missed by all of his cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and their families. He will be missed by his life long friends Bill, Charlie, Ron and Wayne. It was Richard's and his family's wish to invite all family and friends to celebrate his life on Friday, May 23, 2008 from 1 pm until 5 pm at his home. March 5, 1919 - May 16, 2008. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Donald Higgins. Don passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Kelowna, B.C. on Friday, May 16, 2008. Donald and his twin sister, Ivy were born on March 5, 1919 in Cox's Cove, Newfoundland and were the eldest children of Jabez and Beatrice (Earle). Beloved husband of Florence, predeceased by wife, Lois (Tulloch). Cherished and loved father of Robert (Nora), Kevin (Jeannie) and Karen Menze (Werner). Dear grandfather of Robert Jr., Chantel, Meghan, Alexandra and Nicholas. Survived by brothers, Eldon (Wilma) and Dave (Anne/Elaine deceased). Predeceased by siblings, Rodney, Utley, Ruple Ash/Willie (Cyril/Ken) and Ivy. Dear friend and brother-in-law of Jerry Tulloch (Gloria). Brother-in-law of Audrey Beharriel (Raymond), Norma Belkosky (Don), Lin Tulloch (all deceased), Delia and Barbara Pierman (Ken). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, friends and his extended family in B.C. and Alberta. Donald worked at Algoma Steel for 30 years and retired in 1980. A funeral service will be held in Kelowna, B.C. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, May 23, 2008 from 6 - 9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 10 am. Mr. Carson Wallace officiating. Interment following the service at Carlyle Cemetery, Iron Bridge. Grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 10. Daughter of the late William & Eileen Bye. Sister of; Joe Bye (late Joy), Margaret Morphet (late Ron), late Roy Bye (Darlene), Clifford Bye (Mary Lou), Susan Burnett (Dave) and David Bye (Darlene). Daughter-in-law of the late George & Irene McLeod. Sister-in-law of; late Peg Cadham (late Carl), George McLeod (late Ethel) (Jeannette), Marie Jeffrey (George), late Ed McLeod (Adele Hill) and William McLeod (late Cookie) (Carol). Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and her special friend Andy Lucas.
